1 year agoNew England Patriots wide receiver Kendrick Bourne looks bigger and more bought into what the team is doing this offseason. His energy and chemistry with quarterback Mac Jones has also been great this offseason, with Jones hitting Bourne in stride on in-breaking routes for catch-and-run opportunities in practices. There was speculation earlier in the offseason that the 27-year-old could be expendable after the team added JuJu Smith-Schuster in free agency, but Smith-Schuster didn't take part at all in the offseason program due to a knee injury dating back to last year. Bourne took a step back in 2021 with only 35 catches for 434 yards and one TD in 16 games. His chances for a fantasy bounce-back will depend on the health of Smith-Schuster and whether New England adds DeAndre Hopkins to the mix.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
