Joc Pederson Goes Deep In Loss To Astros
2 years agoSan Francisco Giants outfielder Joc Pederson hit his third home run of the season on Monday night in a losing effort against the Houston Astros in a 7-3 ballgame. Pederson finished the contest 1-for-3 with two RBI, a run scored and a walk. It was nice to see the 31-year-old veteran left-handed slugger clear the fences for the first time since April 3. Pederson is now hitting .255 (14-for-55) with three doubles, a triple, three home runs, 12 RBI and seven runs scored in 17 games played after making the All-Star team for the second time in his career in 2022. He was out of action for two weeks with a wrist injury, so hopefully he'll start to get going again for fantasy managers with the calendar flipped to May.
