J.P. Crawford Continues On-Base Streak
2 years agoSeattle Mariners shortstop J.P. Crawford extended his on-base streak to seven games on Sunday by going 2-for-4 in the 3-1 win over the visiting Houston Astros. Crawford is hitting only .240 (25-for-104) with eight doubles, one home run, 14 RBI, a stolen base and 17 runs scored in 128 plate appearances and 34 games played, but he's almost walked (23 times) just as many times as he's struck out (26) in the early going this year. The 28-year-old is currently sporting a career-high .378 on-base percentage, which is extremely useful for fantasy managers in OBP leagues. Continue to roll him out there in fantasy lineups while he continues to get on base.
