Harrison Bader Expected To Be Fine After Leaving Early
2 years agoNew York Yankees manager Aaron Boone said that he thinks outfielder Harrison Bader (undisclosed) will be OK after leaving Wednesday's game early against the Cleveland Guardians after an on-field collision with teammate Isiah Kiner-Falefa in the ninth inning. Bader is in good spirits after departing the contest early, but the Yankees will put him through precautionary tests just to be sure. For now, fantasy managers will want to consider Bader day-to-day, and hopefully he'll be ready to go for the team's series opener against the Tampa Bay Rays on Friday. The 28-year-old was playing in just his second game of the 2023 season. Bader went 0-for-3 in Wednesday's game and has one hit in his first seven at-bats of the year.
