Emmanuel Ogbah Wants To Stay With Dolphins
4 years agoMiami Dolphins defensive end Emmanuel Ogbah, who signed a two-year, $15 million deal in the offseason, said he wants to stay in Miami for the long haul. Ogbah has broke out in 2020 with eight sacks in nine games, trailing only Myles Garrett and T.J. Watt in the AFC. The 27-year-old former first-round pick of Cleveland in 2016 never topped 5.5 sacks in his previous four seasons. "He's got versatility," head coach Brian Flores said. "He can play inside, outside. He's tough. He plays against the run." Ogbah has also forced three fumbles this year and leads the team with 21 pressures. He currently ranks fourth among all defensive lineman in overall fantasy points in IDP leagues. Ogbah has become a weekly starter in those fantasy formats and has a good matchup against Denver this weekend.
