Drew Lock Not Worth Trusting In Fantasy Playoffs
4 years agoDenver Broncos quarterback Drew Lock is coming off his best game, a Week 14 performance against the Panthers in which he went 21-for-27 for 280 yards, four touchdowns and no interceptions. It broke a string of seven straight weeks with an interception, but Lock did lose a fumble in the game. It was a much-needed bounce-back game from the second-year quarterback, and he'll need some more of those to close out the season if he hopes to enter the offseason picture as the go-to starter heading into 2021. The 24-year-old from Missouri will face a Bills Defense on Saturday that has allowed the eighth-most fantasy points per game to QBs this year, but can you really trust him in the fantasy semifinals? Our answer is no. Not unless he's being used as a low-end QB2 in superflex leagues. Lock has the same amount of TDs (13) as interceptions and has only gone over 300 yards passing once in 2020.
