Carolina Panthers defensive tackle Dontari Poe is preparing for his second season with the team, and looking for improvement after a quiet 2018 season. Poe managed a career-low 17 tackles with one sack last season across 16 games. He believes he'll take a step forward in his second season with the organization, and he is excited to pair with fellow defensive linemen Gerald McCoy and Kawann Short. The Panthers are transitioning this offseason to a hybrid look on defense that incorporates 3-4 concepts, and he should line up at nose tackle in 2019. The Panthers will be a decent low-end No. 1 DST in most fantasy leagues if key personnel can remain healthy.--Daniel Dobish
