DeVonta Smith Will Play Against Titans
2 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles wide receiver DeVonta Smith (groin) was removed from the final Week 13 injury report on Friday and will be active on Sunday against the Tennessee Titans. Smith began the week with two limited practices but was a full participant on Friday and is good to go. The 24-year-old has seen at least eight targets in three straight games, and although he doesn't quite have the consistent high ceiling that teammate A.J. Brown has on a weekly basis, Smith isn't far behind in Philly's high-scoring offense. Smith has caught 56 of his 79 targets for 609 yards and three touchdowns in 11 games this year and will be a low-end WR2 with upside on Sunday against the Titans, who have allowed the second-most fantasy points per game to receivers in half-point PPR scoring in 2022.
