2 years agoGreen Bay Packers left tackle David Bakhtiari (appendix) recently underwent an appendectomy and could miss extended time. "From what I'm told, it could be a while," head coach Matt LaFleur said on Monday. The 31-year-old had the surgery last Friday and missed the Week 13 win over the Chicago Bears, and it looks like he'll miss more time moving forward. The Packers still have their bye, but it remains to be seen when Bakhtiari will be able to play again in 2022. The three-time Pro Bowler has played in just nine games this season due to injuries. The Packers offensive line will be missing a key piece on quarterback Aaron Rodgers' blind side until Bakhtiari is healthy enough to return.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
