5 years agoCleveland Browns safety Damarious Randall has been ruled out for Week 13 against the Steelers due to a coaching decision. Whatever the real reason may be, Cleveland's secondary will be weaker in this divisional tilt on Sunday. However, it remains to be seen if Steelers quarterback Devlin Hodges can take advantage while also missing starting running back James Conner (shoulder) and No. 1 wideout JuJu Smith-Schuster (knee). The Browns Defense isn't as strong as it once was without pass-rusher Myles Garrett (suspension) the rest of the way, but they're still on the low end of the streaming radar this weekend against a Steelers offense without all of their best weapons.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
