Caleb Farley Likely Done For The Season
2 years agoTennessee Titans cornerback Caleb Farley (back) is feared to have suffered a herniated disc in the Week 10 win over the Denver Broncos, according to a league source. His injury will likely require season-ending surgery. Farley suffered the injury in the third quarter during a punt return and was later ruled out with a back injury. It's the 24-year-old's second serious back injury in the last three years. He also injured his L5 disc and suffered a bulged SI disc that needed microdiscectomy before the 2021 draft. Farley played in just three games in 2021 before suffering a torn ACL in Week 6, so his career has been marred by injuries so far in the NFL. Before his injury Sunday, Farley played 16.8 percent of the defensive snaps for the Titans, mostly working on special teams in nine games.
