Bryan Reynolds Out Again Wednesday
10 months agoPittsburgh Pirates outfielder Bryan Reynolds (back) is out of the starting lineup on Wednesday for the second straight day against the visiting Chicago Cubs. Reynolds is dealing with a tight lower back, although the Pirates aren't too worried right now that he'll need to go on the injured list. Fantasy managers should consider the 28-year-old left-handed hitter to be day-to-day. Josh Palacios is getting another start in left field on Wednesday and will hit fifth in the batting order against Cubs right-hander Kyle Hendricks. On the season through 68 games played, Reynolds is hitting a useful .279 (72-for-258) with eight homers, 20 doubles, three triples, 40 RBI, eight stolen bases, 38 runs scored, a .350 on-base percentage and an .823 OPS in 294 plate appearances.
