Bryan Reynolds Out Again Wednesday
1 year agoPittsburgh Pirates outfielder Bryan Reynolds (back) is out of the starting lineup on Wednesday for the second straight day against the visiting Chicago Cubs. Reynolds is dealing with a tight lower back, although the Pirates aren't too worried right now that he'll need to go on the injured list. Fantasy managers should consider the 28-year-old left-handed hitter to be day-to-day. Josh Palacios is getting another start in left field on Wednesday and will hit fifth in the batting order against Cubs right-hander Kyle Hendricks. On the season through 68 games played, Reynolds is hitting a useful .279 (72-for-258) with eight homers, 20 doubles, three triples, 40 RBI, eight stolen bases, 38 runs scored, a .350 on-base percentage and an .823 OPS in 294 plate appearances.
