Bengals Guard Lucas Patrick Doubtful To Return
The Cincinnati Bengals are listing starting guard Lucas Patrick (calf) as doubtful to return to their season-opening game against the Cleveland Browns. The Bengals will replace him with Dalton Risner, who most recently played with the Minnesota Vikings. Cincinnati has had its issues protecting quarterback Joe Burrow, so an immediate change on the starting line wasn't ideal. Risner, however, does have more than 80 NFL starts, making him an adequate reserve in the meantime.
