Veteran linebacker B.J. Goodson is signing a one-year deal worth up to $2.1 million on Tuesday with the New York Jets, according to a source. Goodson has 43 career starts (66 games played) and was a key leader for the Cleveland Browns in 2020. The 28-year-old has 251 tackles (168 solo), four interceptions, 12 passes defensed, two fumble recoveries and a sack in five seasons for the New York Giants, Green Bay Packers and Browns. Goodson's best season came last year when he had 91 tackles (59 solo), two interceptions, a fumble recovery and half a sack in 14 starts. He won't suddenly become fantasy relevant in IDP leagues, but he'll help provide experience and depth for the Jets interior defense.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
