Alex Cobb To Start Home Opener
Alex Cobb (groin) will come off the injured list to start next week's home opener on Thursday. He reported no issues after throwing in a minor league game on Friday. A minor groin injury kept Cobb from starting on Opening Day against the Yankees, which was probably a good thing for his numbers. However, he'll wind up getting the Yankees again at home on April 4, which means he should be avoided for streaming purposes. The veteran right-hander doesn't strike many out and is a shaky fantasy option on a very bad team.
