NFL DFS Lineup Picks for FanDuel, DraftKings - Ravens vs. Lions Monday Night Showdown

Amon-Ra St. Brown - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

Koby's top NFL DFS lineup picks for DraftKings, FanDuel -- Ravens vs. Lions MNF slate for Week 3 Monday Night Football (Sept. 22, 2025). His NFL daily fantasy sleeper picks.

Welcome back, RotoBallers! Sunday Night Football was, for the most part, a snoozefest. We get some elite offenses in this Monday Night showing, however. The Detroit Lions travel to Baltimore to take on the Ravens! This could be a slug fest with both defenses being fairly mediocre to start the season.

Thanks to today's advanced analytics, I'll do my best to provide you with as much in-depth analysis as possible regarding positional matchups and the like to help put some lunch money in your pocket. Let's make some coin this season, gang, and get right to it.

I will provide you with daily fantasy football picks on DraftKings and FanDuel for Monday Night Football in Week 3 -- Ravens vs. Lions on September 22, 2025. These NFL DFS lineup picks can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks. MVP/Captain - NFL DFS Lineup Picks

Lamar Jackson - QB, $17.7K (DK), $19.2K (FD)

When it comes to the Ravens, you have two choices when it comes to picking an MVP. Either Lamar Jackson or Derrick Henry, I would go with Jackson on FanDuel and Henry on DraftKings, as Henry is quite a bit cheaper over there. Running multiple lineups with a couple of different game scripts for this game is going to be big, too.

Lamar Jackson has been dynamite to start the season, with 26+ fantasy points in his first two games this season.

Detroit's defense has struggled against dual-threat QBs in the past. Both Josh Allen and Jayden Daniels did numbers on them last season, and now get Lamar Jackson, who could do it to them again. No one other than Henry has shown they can explode for big games so far this season, making these two the best options from the Ravens.

Amon-Ra St. Brown - WR, $15.6K (DK), $17.1K (FD)

Amon-Ra St. Brown is coming off an impressive performance last week against the Bears. He finished with nine receptions and 115 yards, and three touchdowns! He is going up against a Ravens defense that allowed a similar line to Keon Coleman in Week 1. Both teams should be slinging the ball quite a bit, and St. Brown should have no issues getting his.

He will likely line up against Chidobe Awuzie and Marlon Humphrey, both of whom have struggled against WR1. Awuzie is giving up .32 fantasy points per route run this season. The Lions are tough at nailing down who will finish as the top performer, but I'm going to ride with St. Brown in this one to get the job done.

Other Captains/MVPs: Jahmyr Gibbs, Derrick Henry

Flex Plays - NFL DFS Lineup Picks

Sam LaPorta - TE, $5.4K (DK), $6.8K (FD)

Sam LaPorta finds himself in a spot where he has to take advantage of. The Ravens defense has given up the second-most fantasy points to opposing TEs. Both Dalton Kincaid and Harold Fannin Jr./David Njoku had solid games against this defense. LaPorta has been a bit up and down since his rookie season, but showed good promise in Week 1 against the Packers as he was targeted nine times, catching six of them for nearly 80 yards.

Sam LaPorta looks pretty cheap, especially on DraftKings. You could even call him a value play at this point. LaPorta is seeing a 19.7% reception share this season and should be the perfect outlet option for Jared Goff to help drive them down the field.

Zay Flowers - WR, $8.4K (DK), $9.8K (FD)

Outside of the WR1 option, it is a nightmare trying to figure out who else gets targets on this Ravens squad. Jackson was giving the ball to everybody last week. The one common denominator has been Zay Flowers, who has garnered an absurd 42.5% reception share this season. Flowers has been targeted already 20 times this season.

It matters more on DraftKings, where it is PPR rather than .5 PPR like on FanDuel.

Jackson has shown who his favorite is. Flowers is the clear-cut option to pair with Jackson on this slate, and with him being the sixth-highest-priced player on the slate, I think we are getting decent value with how well he has performed.

Other Flex Options: Jameson Williams, Jared Goff

Value Plays - NFL DFS Lineup Picks

DeAndre Hopkins - WR, $4.8K (DK), $4.6K (FD)

DeAndre Hopkins is in a tough spot, but they seem to love to throw him into endzone opportunities. He has two touchdowns this season on four receptions. He isn't seeing a large workload in the offense, but he is seeing it where it matters most. He has averaged 12 fantasy points a game this season and has caught all four of his targets this year.

If this game is going to be a shootout like I expect it to be, Hopkins could be seeing more targets.

Isaac TeSlaa - WR, $1.2K (DK), $3K (FD)

The Lions have plenty of mouths to feed, which makes this play a tough one to make, but TeSlaa has massive potential. We have seen what he can do with one hand; hopefully, the Lions can get his other hand involved more and get him some more targets. He has also already seen a significant snap increase.

In Week 1, he only played in 4% of the snaps, which jumped to 25% in Week 2. Let's just hope they get him more involved, especially at this price.

Other Value Options: Tylan Wallace, Brock Wright, Jake Bates

Sample NFL DFS Lineup

Here is a lineup option I like for tonight's slate on FanDuel. Note that sample lineups are not intended to be used in contests by readers, but instead to show the type of roster construction that I am considering when building my lineups tonight.
