NFL DFS: FanDuel Daily Fantasy Football Picks for Week 10 - Top Lineup Plays Include Jalen Hurts, DeAndre Hopkins, Saquon Barkley, Joe Mixon

Jalen Hurts - Fantasy Football Rankings, NFL Injury News, Draft Sleepers

Top FanDuel daily fantasy football lineup picks for Week 10 DFS in 2024. Dennis Clausen's NFL DFS sleeper picks for building winning NFL DFS lineups on FanDuel in Week 10.

With most fantasy leagues heading into the final turn, many fantasy managers must make a late push to enhance their chances of securing a postseason spot. However, that may be difficult for some, considering injuries continue to make life difficult.

In this article, I will be providing you with my Week 10 daily fantasy football lineup picks for FanDuel and the 2024 NFL season. These lineups can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks on FanDuel.

Be sure to also check out our weekly DraftKings DFS lineup picks and other great NFL DFS articles and NFL DFS tools to help you WIN BIG!

Week 10 FanDuel Quarterbacks - NFL DFS Lineup Picks

Jalen Hurts - at DAL ($9,400)

Hurts is coming off a strong showing, throwing for 230 yards and two touchdowns off 18-of-24 passing in Sunday’s win over the Jaguars. He added 67 yards off 13 carries, with one of those touches resulting in a trip to the end zone.

With Philly riding a four-game winning streak, the Eagles will look to stay on track in the NFC East clash in Dallas. Although there is a chance A.J. Brown or DeVonta Smith may miss Sunday’s game, the Cowboys defense has had its share of ailments this season.

With that in mind, Hurts has a higher ceiling for the favorable matchup with the Cowboys, regardless of whether Brown or Smith are on the field.

Sam Darnold - at JAX ($7,800)

Although the Jaguars have struggled this season, nobody expected things to be this bad. With Jacksonville sitting on just two wins this season, the team will meet the Vikings on Sunday.

The Jags aren’t expected to have Trevor Lawrence in the lineup, so the historically unreliable Mac Jones could be under center. While Jones’ presence may make for a long day for the offense, the Jacksonville defense, a unit that has allowed the most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks this season, could be in line for an even longer afternoon against Darnold and company.

The signal-caller was more efficient to begin the 2024-25 campaign. Yet, he could finish as one of the top fantasy producers at the position in Week 10.

Also Consider: Josh Allen ($9,200)

Week 10 FanDuel Running Backs - NFL DFS Lineup Picks

Saquon Barkley - at DAL ($9,600)

Barkley has been a monster all season. Yet, he’s been even more dominant since running for 176 yards and a touchdown in Week 7 against his former team, the New York Giants.

With the veteran coming off some impressive outings, he’ll face the Cowboys on Sunday, a team he’s become very familiar with over the years. The Dallas defense has struggled to stop the run all season, and Barkley could be more involved than usual if A.J. Brown or DeVonta Smith (or both) don’t suit up.

Joe Mixon - vs. DET ($9,000)

Mixon had some productive seasons during his tenure with the Cincinnati Bengals. However, it can be argued that he’s having the best year of his career.

He missed time due to an ankle injury. Still, the 28-year-old has made up for it by scoring in all but one of his games in 2024-25.

Mixon has also logged 74 carries in the last three weeks. That trend could continue with Stefon Diggs and Nico Collins on the shelf. Keep Mixon going in Week 10 against the Detroit Lions.

Also Consider: Jonathan Taylor ($8,600), Aaron Jones ($7,900), D'Andre Swift ($7,700), Rico Dowdle ($6,200)

Week 10 FanDuel Wide Receivers - NFL DFS Lineup Picks

Khalil Shakir - at IND ($6,200)

The Bills dealt Stefon Diggs to the Texans in the offseason, leaving Josh Allen without his top receiving option. While some expected Dalton Kincaid to thrive, that hasn’t happened.

Buffalo added Keon Coleman via the NFL Draft and traded for Amari Cooper a few weeks ago, so that helped bolster the depth chart. Yet, Shakir has stepped up.

The wideout hasn’t found the end zone since the Monday night win over the Jaguars. But he’s drawn 24 targets in the last three weeks. As such, Allen should continue to look in his direction against the Colts, even if Cooper and Coleman are cleared to suit up after appearing on the injury report to begin the week.

DeAndre Hopkins – vs. DEN ($6,000)

Hopkins made his debut for the Chiefs in the Week 8 win over the Raiders. He finished that one with only two catches.

But things were much different in the Monday night victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, with the former Clemson Tiger amassing eight grabs for 86 yards and two scores. With Kansas City hurting on the offensive side of the ball, DFS managers can expect Hopkins to continue to have the attention of Patrick Mahomes versus the Denver Broncos.

Also Consider: Justin Jefferson ($9,500), Amon-Ra St. Brown ($9,000), Josh Downs ($7,100), Ladd McConkey ($6,300), Jauan Jennings ($5,800 - Questionable), Noah Brown ($5,300)

Week 10 FanDuel Tight Ends - NFL DFS Lineup Picks

Cade Otton - vs. SF ($6,400)

There hasn’t been a hotter tight end in the last few weeks than Otton. With the Bucs down Mike Evans and Chris Godwin, Baker Mayfield has been without his primary pass-catchers.

However, Otton has answered the call. The 25-year-old has at least eight receptions in each of the last three games. He’s also scored three times during that span. Although Mayfield isn’t a lock to suit up against the 49ers, Otton remains a top DFS tight end for Week 10.

Also Consider: George Kittle ($8,000), Travis Kelce ($7,000)
