MLB DFS Picks Today: Daily Fantasy Baseball Strategy and Tips For FanDuel, DraftKings (9/3/25)

Rafael Devers - Fantasy Baseball Rankings, MLB Draft Sleepers, Waiver Wire Pickups

Koby's top DraftKings and FanDuel MLB DFS picks for today, Wednesday, 9/3/25. His favorite daily fantasy baseball lineup sleepers and value picks for DFS on DraftKings and FanDuel.

Welcome back, RotoBallers! We once again have a smaller slate on our hands with just eight games on deck for us. Looks like the weather is favorable for us outside of the Braves/Cubs game, which has a good chance for a delay with a 50% chance of rain. So keep an eye on that game.

The top two pitchers will likely be highly rostered, but it does make it a bit easier for us in the fact that hitters' ownership will be spread out fairly evenly, other than Coors Field hitters.

This article will provide my daily fantasy baseball lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on 9/3/2025, with the slate starting at 7:35 PM EST. The lineup picks will showcase elite players, mid-priced options, and value plays. You can also read more DFS advice and lineup picks for other sports here. DraftKings, FanDuel Pitchers - MLB DFS Lineup Picks

Robbie Ray, SFG at COL ($9K DK/$9.9K FD)

Colorado hasn't had the greatest stretch recently, and they have specifically struggled against LHP. They rank seventh-worst wRC+ in the league against lefties across the last two weeks. They get a tough one to go against, too, in Ray, who has had an excellent year since coming back from Tommy John.

It is tough, as he does have to play at Coors Field, which is normally a pitcher's nightmare, but Ray has some nasty stuff. He has a 24.3% K% and a 9.5 BB% this season. He also has a relatively low 9% Barrel%, so he isn't getting hit incredibly hard either.

The top two pitchers on the slate both play in hitter-friendly parks, but I think Robbie Ray should have his way here against a lowly Rockies team.

Ryan Bergert, KCR vs. LAA ($7.5K DK/$8.5K FD)

As my pivot option on this slate, I'm running with Bergert, who has been great in his last four starts. Finishing with 30+ fantasy points in three of those four. He gets a phenomenal matchup against the Los Angeles Angels, who rank second-to-last in wRC+ with a 60 across the last two weeks.

Bergert has impressed me since being traded over to the Royals and has become a pivotal part of this lineup, especially with Cole Ragans likely done for the year if the Royals don't make a push for the playoffs. This is a good spot for Bergert, and he is still fairly cheap for the value we could potentially see.

DraftKings, FanDuel Infielders - MLB DFS Lineup Picks

Rafael Devers, 1B/3B- SFG ($5,700 DK/$3.6K FD)

This one might be one of the fastest clicks in DFS this season. Devers is locked in right now, and who else better to take in Coors Field right now? He has hit three straight home runs and has five home runs in his last seven games. He is going up against the righty in German Marquez, who has been terrible this season.

Marquez gives up a .396 wOBA and a .539 SLG to LHH this season. He has been consistently one of the worst pitchers in the league with his 6.14 ERA. It isn't just a Coors Field thing either; he has been terrible on the road as well. I wouldn't be surprised to see Devers over 50% rostered tomorrow, but the matchups make too much sense to fade this one.

Brice Turang, 2B - MIL ($4.4K DK/$3.5K FD)

Turang finds himself in a great matchup to continue his hot streak. He has homers in back-to-back games. He also has two hits in four of his last five games. He is seeing the ball extremely well right now and gets a matchup against Aaron Nola, who has struggled all season against lefties.

Nola has given up a wOBA of .391 and a SLG of .554! These numbers are extremely high, especially considering Turang's hot streak over the last 10 games. He has been a lethal part of this offense, and I expect that to continue here against Nola.

Bryce Harper, 1B - PHI ($5.6K DK/$3.9K FD)

The Phillies are one of my favorite stacks on this slate, and it all starts here with Harper. The lefty has had solid success against LHP this season, sporting a .497 SLG and a .360 wOBA. His power has been here all season with 23 homers on the season, and he has two home runs in his last five games.

Jose Quintana has been decent this season, but he is running into a freight train with the Phillies. Lefties have hit him for more power with a .407 SLG compared to just .373 against righties. The Phillies find themselves in a good spot here. Let's just hope they can pull through for us.

DraftKings, FanDuel Outfielders - MLB DFS Lineup Picks

Trent Grisham, OF - NYY ($4.4K DK/$3.4K FD)

Jason Alexander has skated by this season. I think he gets blown up, however, in this one. I don't think you can go wrong with Grisham or Cody Bellinger in this spot. In fact, I don't mind stacking them together. I chose Grisham here, though, as his splits are much better against RHP, and the dude is red hot right now.

Alexander is sporting a .365 wOBA and a .517 SLG against LHH this season. He has also been hit harder at home this season with an ERA of 5.40. Grisham has crushed RHP this season with a wOBA of .391 and a SLG of .534. He has four home runs in his last six games, and with someone like Alexander on the mound, Grisham should be able to hit him hard.

Kyle Schwarber, OF - PHI ($6.2K DK/$4.6K FD)

This one is like beating a dead horse, but I think we might see some lower ownership after he cooled off a bit from his four-homer game just last week. Schwarber has been surprisingly better against LHP this season with a wOBA of .405, a SLG of .597, and an ISO of .347!

Like I mentioned before with Quintana, he has been worse against lefties this season, and having a pair of lefties in Schwarber and Harper is going to be huge stacking pieces for your lineup!

Ivan Herrera, C/OF(FD) - STL ($4.5K DK/$3.1K FD)

This is more of a play for FanDuel, as I think he is still underpriced for how he is playing, as well as being OF eligible. He is going up against the lefty in Jeffrey Springs. Herrera has been elite against LHP this season with a .453 wOBA and a .649 SLG. Herrera has also been a hot hitter with three home runs in his last five games.

Springs has mainly gone up against a lot of righties this season, and with 500 total batters faced, he is still pushing a .314 wOBA and a .439 SLG. This is a dynamite matchup for Herrera, and I think we are getting incredible value for him at this price.

Others To Consider (CASH/GPP):

DraftKings, FanDuel MLB DFS Stacks

Giants are a clear stack here, Coors Field, and Marquez on the mound? Yeah, sign me up for that in cash games.

1. New York Yankees vs. Houston Astros (Jason Alexander)

Alexander has been a very solid addition to the bullpen for the Astros this season, but the wheels have started to fall off a bit. His last few games have started to show some regression, and the Yankees have been one of the best teams across the last two weeks with a wRC+ of 150!

Favorite Combo: Grisham, Bellinger, Rice, Chisolm Jr.

2. Philadelphia Phillies vs. Milwaukee Brewers (Jose Quintana)

This game as a whole could be a good game stack with Aaron Nola on the mound for the Phillies. Jose Quintana has been pretty bad this month, as he has given up 15 runs this month, which is the most of any month for him this season. The Phillies have the seventh-best wRC+ across the last two weeks against LHP with a 124.

Favorite Combo: Harper, Schwarber, Castellanos, Bader
