MLB DFS Picks Today: Daily Fantasy Baseball Strategy and Tips For FanDuel, DraftKings (9/10/25)

Logan Gilbert - Fantasy Baseball Rankings, Draft Sleepers, MLB Injury News, Starting Pitchers

Koby's top DraftKings and FanDuel MLB DFS picks for today, Wednesday, 9/10/25. His favorite daily fantasy baseball lineup sleepers and value picks for DFS on DraftKings and FanDuel.

Welcome Back, RotoBallers! We have an interesting slate between the two sites. DraftKings has elected to make it only a seven-game slate. Meanwhile, FanDuel has expanded the slate to 11 games! So there will be a mix of both, as well as a few plays specifically from FanDuel.

The weather is looking solid throughout the slate; we might get some rain in the Phillies/Mets game, as well as the Tigers/Yankees. However, I don't see it being much more than a delay. Let's just hope it's before the game starts and not in the middle!

This article will provide my daily fantasy baseball lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on 9/10/2025, with the slate starting at 6:35 PM EST. The lineup picks will showcase elite players, mid-priced options, and value plays. You can also read more DFS advice and lineup picks for other sports here. Monitoring injury news and today's MLB starting lineups is always essential.

DraftKings, FanDuel Pitchers - MLB DFS Lineup Picks

Logan Gilbert, SEA vs. STL ($9.7K DK/$10.2K FD)

We have a pretty elite set of pitchers on the slate for us, but Logan Gilbert stands out in a great spot. He is back in form with three straight quality starts and now gets an elite matchup against the lowly Cardinals, who have struggled mightily over the last two weeks. Against RHP, the Cardinals have put up the worst wRC+ at 63! To go with that, a poor .257 wOBA and .315 SLG. They are also putting up the second-worst K% at 28.2%.

Gilbert this season has put up a 34% K% and has 26 Ks between his last three games, including a 13-strikeout career high against the Athletics just a couple of starts ago. He has been much better at limiting damage as well, allowing no more than three runs in six of his last seven starts. The matchup is too juicy to pass up an opportunity like this.

Blake Snell, LAD vs. COL ($9.5K DK/$9.1K FD)

Blake Snell is my other top option on the slate. He finds himself in another solid matchup against the Rockies. They are also playing in LA, which is a big advantage, not having to deal with the high elevation. Since his return to the mound at the beginning of August, Snell has been lights out. He had a blunder in last week's start against the Pirates, but I'm expecting a bounce back from him this week.

Colorado ranks as the second-worst team against LHP with a wRC+ of 71 in the last two weeks. Snell on FanDuel would make for a solid pivot off of Gilbert or Paul Skenes, especially for the value side of things; he is quite a bit cheaper. On DraftKings, Snell would likely be my SP1, as it might be tough to stack both Snell and Gilbert together. Colorado has been basically nonexistent in the first two games of the series, and I expect Snell to make it a clean sweep.

DraftKings, FanDuel Infielders - MLB DFS Lineup Picks

Josh Naylor, 1B - SEA ($4.7K DK/$3.4K FD)

Josh Naylor has been such an elite addition for this Mariners squad that has so desperately needed a 1st baseman for a while. He has been huge, especially at home, in what has been one of the hardest parks to hit in. Since joining the Mariners, Naylor has hit .352 at home and for four home runs. He added three more hits to that in last night's game against the Cardinals. Against RHP, he has a .350 wOBA and .458 SLG.

The righty Michael McGreevy takes the mound for the Cardinals, and although he has had a decent season so far, he has been pretty rough against LHH. Lefties hit a .326 OBA, .538 SLG, and a .212 ISO against him. He also hasn't been much of a threat in the strikeout department, which has been a big issue for the Mariners.

Addison Barger, 3B/OF  - TOR ($4.1K DK/$2.9K FD)

This is a solid spot for Barger and the Blue Jays. Jason Alexander has begun to fall apart across his last few starts, giving up 21 hits in his last three starts. He has been able to shut down the righties, but the lefties have crushed him this season. He has an OBA of .282, a SLG of .542, and an ISO of .260, and to top it off, a 12.4% Barrel% all against lefties.

Barger has been a bit cold recently, but his splits against righties are too juicy to look past. He has a wOBA of .334 and a .485 SLG. At home, that jumps up nearly 20 points in both categories. I like his positional eligibility too, cause being able to decide if I want to have him as an infielder or outfielder can be clutch.

Jose Ramirez, 3B - CLE ($3.8K FD)

It's looking like a bullpen game in Cleveland for the Royals. That makes it a bit tough to gauge if I want to stack the Guardians or not. They are hitting the ball really well right now, and I'm going with Ramirez because the switch-hitting ability can be a nightmare for pitchers. He is basically matchup-proof. He has shown that in his last six games, where he has 11 hits, including two home runs.

This one is unfortunately only available for those on FanDuel, but I like Ramirez a lot, especially as a one-off, given the uncertainty surrounding the Royals' pitching situation.

Others To Consider (CASH/GPP):

DraftKings, FanDuel Outfielders - MLB DFS Lineup Picks

Ronald Acuna Jr., OF - ATL ($5.5K DK/$4K FD)

Ronald Acuna Jr. has struggled a bit recently, but I think this is the perfect spot for a bounce-back. He has fallen to the seventh spot in the lineup, but the matchup here against Jameson Taillon is the perfect one for Atlanta to pounce on. Taillon has had some rough reverse splits against RHH this season. Posting a .265 OBA, a .515 SLG, .250 ISO, and a 12.3% Barrel%.

A power bat like Acuna can pop off at any time. He has been one of the best hitters against RHP for the Braves. He is posting a .402 wOBA, with a .528 SLG and .241 ISO. He also has an absurd 20.6% Barrel%, which could come in handy here. This could be a solid home run spot for Acuna, who is looking for his first in almost three weeks.

Jakob Marsee, OF - MIA ($3.3K FD)

Jakob Marsee has had quite the start to his MLB career. He is now averaging almost .320 on the season. He has also been great against both sides of the mound. He is going up against one of the worst pitchers in the league in Jake Irvin. Irvin has some terrible lefty splits this season. Lefties are crushing the ball against him with a .544 SLG, .259 ISO, and a 14.2% Barrel% to go along with a 53% HardHit%.

Marsee hasn't been a true threat for the long ball with only five home runs on the season, but that hasn't stopped him from having a .549 SLG and a .402 wOBA against RHP this season. He is going to be a staple in this Marlins lineup going forward.

Jahmai Jones, OF - DET ($3.5K DK/$2.6K FD)

Anytime there is a lefty on the mound, I love getting some Jahmai Jones in my lineups. He started as a platoon hitter specifically against lefties, but has started to see more and more time against righties as well this season. But the power comes against the lefties, where he has seen the ball out of the park six times. He has a wOBA of .401, .585 SLG, and a .317 ISO against lefties this season.

Rodon has been elite for the Yankees this season, hence why this is more of a GPP play. Rodon does have a 10.3% Barrel% and a 42% HardHit% against righties this season, though, so it's something to keep an eye on. At Jones' price, he is worth a shot in your tournament lineups.

Others To Consider (CASH/GPP):

DraftKings, FanDuel MLB DFS Stacks

1. Toronto Blue Jays (Implied Run Total - 4.9) vs. Houston Astros (Jason Alexander)

The lefties are about to have a field day in Toronto. Jason Alexander has some rough lefty splits with a .282 OBA, .542 SLG, .260 ISO, and an absurd 58.1% HardHit%. Stack the lefties and thank me later.

Favorite Combo: Varsho, Barger, Springer, Guerrero, Gimenez

2. Detroit Tigers (Implied Run Total - 3.8) vs. New York Yankees (Carlos Rodon)

Call me crazy, but this is a solid GPP stack. A lot of people will look and see it's against Carlos Rodon. Which I agree makes for a rough outing, but the Tigers have been ELITE against lefties. In the last three weeks alone, they have a wRC+ of 172! A wOBA of .420 and a .565 SLG is just absurd. Obviously wouldn't play this much in cash games, but it has big tournament potential.

Favorite Combo: Jones, Perez, Torres, Torkelson

2. Seattle Mariners (Implied Run Total - 4.7) vs. St. Louis Cardinals (Michael McGreevy)

Did an Etsy Witch save the Seattle Mariners? If you haven't seen that going around X/Twitter, it is worth a look into, even MLB Network did a brief segment on it. The Mariners have come back to life in the last four games, scoring 37 runs in that time, and now go up against the second-year pitcher Michael McGreevy. McGreevy has some pretty horrendous splits against lefties, so that might be the move, especially with the red-hot Josh Naylor.

Favorite Combo: Naylor, Raleigh, Polanco, Rodriguez
