LEC DFS Matchups

  • SK vs. Schalke (-175)
  • Mad Lions (-400) vs. XL
  • Vitality vs. Fnatic (-175)
  • Rogue (-190) vs. Misfits
  • G2 (-350) vs. Astralis

Captain/MVP

Bwipo - FNC: Bwipo leads all junglers in FP/G this split. Fnatic and Vitality are first and fourth in the league in terms of combined kills per minute meaning both these teams are happy to fight. Bwipo dominates his team in kill participation at 72% with the next closest being Upset at 65.6%. Bwipo has eclipsed 30 fantasy points in five of Fnatic's six wins this split and I see Fnatic taking the win in this game.

Nuclearint– S04: SK is 1-8 this split while being tied for the most deaths in the league. Schalke isn't a great team either but they are better than SK. In Schalke's three wins this split Nuclearint is averaging 44.78 points per game. Schalke has played Sk already this split and Nuclearint went 7/0/7 on Ryze. He also brings a 37% kill share for Schalke.

TOP

BrokenBlade - S04: BrokenBlade is a good player who is stuck on a mediocre team which limits the numbers he puts up throughout the split. In matchups against teams that are worse than Schalke, BrokenBlade should really be able to show off his talent. As mentioned earlier SK is tied for the most deaths in the league so we know there will be some kills in this game. BrokenBlade carries a 70.7% kill participation so there is no worry about him not being involved.

Adam- FNC: Adam surpassed HiRit for the most kills in the top lane last week. He has really been playing well the last few weeks and now goes up against Szygenda who will be playing his first game of the split for Vitality. He has had just two games under 20 points all split.

JUNGLE

Bwipo – FNC: If you haven't chosen Bwipo in the captain slot, he is worth considering here

Jankos – G2: It is not very often G2 loses two games in a weekend which they have now done for the second week in a row. They are also fresh off blowing a 10k gold lead against Misfits. While it is shocking to see G2 struggle the way they have, they still have incredibly talented players on the roster that are capable of stepping up and taking over a game. Jankos is second on G2 in both kill share and kill participation. Caps has really been struggling so if G2 is going to bounce back it will be from Jankos and Rekkles taking over.

MID

Nuclearint - S04: I will be playing a lot of Nuclearint this slate. If he is not your captain take advantage of his pricing and play him in the mid slot.

Nisqy – FNC: Nisqy continues to be one of the cheaper Fnatic members. He had a really poor performance against Schalke last week but came back on Saturday against SK and absolutely dominated on Sylas. There will be plenty of fighting in this game which makes Nisqy a great value at his price.

ADC

Neon - S04: Neon is second to Nuclearint in kills share at 28.3%. He is averaging 32.34 points in Schalke's three wins and went 3/2/8 in their previous game against SK. SK's bot lane has been bad this split, Neon and Limit should have no trouble finding advantages against them.

Rekkles – G2: G2 can't lose forever can they? Rekkles leads G2 in kills and continues to perform well even with the team struggling. Astralis bot lane combines for 44.5% of the team's deaths and Rekkles and Mikyx are one of the better bot lane duos in the league. Look for Rekkles to be the one to get G2 out of this slump.

Upset - FNC: Upset leads Fnatic in kills, but has really only had one "pop-off" game this split. He is always a great play when stacking Fnatic members but he doesn't need to be a core piece of any lineup. On FD he is the fifth most expensive ADC which makes him a better value compared to DK.

SUPPORT

Hylissang- FNC: Hylissang is a great choice for your support spot on this slate, he has a 78% counter pick rate, whereas Labrov sits at 33%. Hylissang has no trouble starting up fights for his team and while his death numbers are sometimes high his assist numbers make it worth it. We even saw him put up a five-kill game on Pyke last week.

Limit – S04: In Schalke's three wins this split Limit has hit the 10+k/a bonus each game. That is exactly what you are looking for when choosing a support. Limit has a 77.2% kill participation so he should find himself at the center of many of the fights this game.

TEAM

G2: As much as G2 has struggled they still lead the league in dragon control and are third in baron control. They managed to put up 23 points in the team slot in last week's loss to Misfits. It will be very surprising to see them drop five games in a row.

Fnatic: Fnatic is very affordable in the team slot this slate. They are second in dragon control and first in baron control by a large margin. Fnatic is priced right in the middle of the pack on both sites making them a great option.

Final Thoughts

On FD you can pretty much build any lineup you want this slate which will likely make FNC/G2 builds popular. Schalke will likely see high ownership on DK with how the pricing is there so take that into account when building lineups. It would really shock me to see G2 lose against Astralis but then again I have said that each game so far on this losing streak. Good luck to everyone tomorrow and as always if you have any questions reach out to me on Twitter.
