With his ankle fractured, Hampton was placed on the injured reserve. His practice window was opened on November 26, but he was unable to play in Week 13.

NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported on Sunday that Hampton will play on Monday Night Football. He "is in fact expected to go on Monday," Rapoport said on NFL GameDay Morning.
Omarion Hampton Fantasy Football Injury Impact
Through the first five weeks of the season, Hampton had the 1th-best PFF rushing grade in the league and the third-best of all rookies. He had gained 450 yards from scrimmage, including 136 receiving yards. Nearly 200 of his rushing yards came in just two games, a Week 3 win over the Denver Broncos and a Week 4 loss to the New York Giants.
Outside of those two games, he was held under 50 rushing yards three times, including a low of 24 yards on eight carries in a Week 2 win over the Las Vegas Raiders.
How many carries will Hampton get in his first week back? The Chargers had been utilizing a committee early in the season, but fellow RB Najee Harris tore his Achilles in Week 3. Since then, Kimani Vidal has been their best running back, averaging 4.5 yards per attempt, and he could take some of the burden off Hampton.
Hampton is ranked as the RB30 in RotoBaller's Week 14 RB rankings. The Eagles' rush defense is in the middle of the pack. They are allowing 4.5 yards per carry, the 22nd-fewest. Philadelphia allows the ninth-most fantasy points to opposing running backs primarily because they have faced a lot of rushing volume (the ninth-most), and they have allowed double-digit rushing touchdowns to RBs.
Running backs have also feasted on the Eagles' pass defense, gaining 470 receiving yards, the fifth-most, against Philly.
