LEC DFS Lineup Picks for 6/19/21 - FanDuel, DraftKings League Of Legends Daily Fantasy

LEC DFS Matchups

  • Vitality (-300) vs. SK
  • Misfits (-230) vs. Astralis
  • Schalke vs. Mad Lions (-230)
  • Fnatic (-260) vs. XL
  • Rogue (-125) vs. G2

Captain/MVP

Bwipo - FNC: Bwipo is surprisingly cheap on both sites for this slate. He is fresh off a 2/2/19 game good for 47.72 Draftkings points and has now been over 33 fantasy points in three of four games so far. Playing Bwipo at the captain spot allows you to go anywhere you want with the rest of your build.

Crownshot - VIT: Vitality has been a bit of a disappointment in the early games of this split. They are a better team than their 1-3 record shows. The breakout game is coming and a matchup against 0-4 SK could be exactly what is needed. Crownshot leads the team in Gold Share at 27% and is second on the team in Kill Share (KS%) at 27.5%. The SK bot lane makes up 42.1% of their team's deaths and has put a focus on playing through the top lane making their bot lane exposed for kills.

TOP

Adam - FNC: Picking on Kryze will be a very common theme in these writeups. Through four games, Adam has a 100% counter pick rate and as long as that continues he should have no trouble finding a favourable matchup during the lane phase. Kryze is averaging one kill a game compared to Adams four kills per game. Adam should be a safe pick for this slate.

HiRit - MSF: HiRit has been a monster to start the summer split. He has been involved in 75.4% of his teams kills so far and is sitting at an impressive 30.8% Kill Share. HiRit is averaging a 186 Gold Difference at 10 minutes (GD10), 327 Experience Difference at 10 minutes (XP10). Compare that with his counterpart in WhiteKnight who has a -185 GD10 and a -326  XP10. HiRit should have his way in this matchup and turn that into another nice fantasy outing.

JUNGLE

Bwipo - FNC: If you haven't chosen Bwipo in the captain slot, get him locked in here.

SelfMade - VIT: SelfMade has been crushing the early game averaging a 522 GD10 and 478 XP10. Those are some insane gaps in just 10 minutes of gameplay. While Vitality has only turned that into one win so far, the second one should be coming here. Look for SelfMade and his 75% kill participation to be heavily involved for Vitality in this game.

Jankos - G2: It is very rare you see anyone from G2 as cheap as they are on this slate on Draftkings. While I wouldn't pay the price on Fanduel, G2 always has immense upside and they tend to show up in games against the other top teams. It is not very often you can afford to stack G2 with any other team on the slate

MID

Nisqy - FNC: Nisqy has only had one game so far in which he has been under 30 fantasy points. With a matchup against Nukeduck there is no reason to think he cant make it 4/5 30+ fantasy point games. Nisqy's early lane stats have been great so far and Fnatic has put him on carry champions each game so far. Expect to see Nisqy on Lucian or Akali again here.

Caps - G2: This may be the only time Caps is $6800 on Draftkings all split. While Rogue is a tough matchup, Caps is still the best mid laner in the league. Caps vs. Larssen is going to be a fun one to watch and if G2 can pull off the win Caps will be a large part of it.

ADC

Crownshot - VIT: If you haven't played Crownshot at the captain position, he certainly deserves consideration in the ADC slot.

Kobbe - MSF: Kobbe has been incredibly consistent so far putting up over 20 points in each game so far. While his kill totals arent what you would like to see from an ADC that is mainly because Vetheo and HiRit have been going crazy. The Astralis bot lane makes up 53.6% of their team's deaths so Kobbe should be able to capitalize on their mistakes.

Rekkles - G2: Same story, new player. Rekkles at $7000 is crazy, He is an absolute monster and has only died three times in four games and has a 33.8% Kill Share. Could be the best value of the day.

SUPPORT

Hylissang - FNC: Hylissang has 49 assists through 4 games. If you plan to stack Fnatic he is a great choice in the support slot. He has a 68% Kill Participation and loves to roam the map and make plays in other lanes. Fnatic's bot lane is much better than XL's and that will be quite clear after this game is done.

Labrov - VIT: If you are playing Crownshot, pairing him up with his bot lane partner in Labrov is a great choice. I would lean Hylissang if deciding between both as one-off plays but if you believe this is Vitality's break out game, you will definitely want Labrov on your roster.

TEAM

Fnatic: Fnatic should have no trouble with XL in this game. While XL did pull off the upset win over Mad Lions on Friday, they will not be able to make it two in a row. Fnatic has managed first blood in three of four games so far and have a 65% dragon control rate and a 67% baron control rate.

G2: G2 at $4600 on Draftkings offers great salary relief, While this game will likely be a close one. G2 has the best dragon control rate in the league at 69% compared to Rogue at just 41%. G2 has a 60% Baron control rate and Rogue has a poor 33%. Whatever way this game goes G2 will put points on the board.

Final Thoughts

G2 vs. Rogue is a great way to finish off the LEC week. While Rogue is favoured, I see G2 taking home the win.  On DraftKings, G2 represents great value and this could be the only time they are this cheap. The rest of the games should go as expected as I dont see a real upset threat in any of the other matchups.Fnatic continues to be a team worth targeting as win or lose their games are always full of kills.
