EPL DFS Lineup Picks for FanDuel, DraftKings: Matchday 9

It's an intriguing seven-game slate for DFS Premier League soccer this weekend on FanDuel and DraftKings. Below we bring you seven players you should consider as EPL DFS lineup picks for Matchday 9 (on October 20th, 2018).

Not all are top-tier options, as there is a range of DFS value picks, sleepers and high-risk players mixed in.

Consider all of these EPL players for your DFS lineups this weekend; however, at the end of the day, it is always your decision. Good luck, RotoBallers.

EPL DFS Forwards to Consider

Sergio Agüero - F, MCI vs BUR (DK - $10,600, FD - $13,000)

The Man City center forward has been electric to start the season and has an enticing matchup against Burnley this weekend. The Argentine forward is the most expensive player on the slate for a reason, as he should produce in what is expected to be an easy game for him. If you are playing in GPP contests on either slate, having Agüero in your lineup is a must as he projects to have the highest ownership levels of the week.

Danny Ings - F, SOU vs BOU (DK - $5,800, FD - $9,500)

Although he is rather expensive on FanDuel, Danny Ings has a solid matchup against Bournemouth and has clearly emerged as Southampton's top forward option. The former Liverpool and Burnley striker has started this season off with a bang, demonstrating his ability to perform at the Premier League Level. If you are looking for a budget option on DraftKings, Ings is definitely the way to go this weekend.

EPL DFS Midfielders to Consider

Anthony Knockaert - M, BHA vs NEW (DK - $6,800, FD - $8,000)

Perhaps Brighton's best player outside of Glenn Murray this season, Anthony Knockaert is the team's primary creative outlet and main weapon in the final third. If anyone will supply goals for Murray this weekend, it will be the Belgian wide-man. Additionally, Knockaert has been known to bang in a few himself, lending credibility to the case for starting him in your DFS lineups this weekend as a good GPP option and solid Tournament play.

Roberto Pereyra - M, WAT vs WOL (DK - $5,300, FD - $7,000)

Roberto Pereyra has been Watford's best player this season, but his price on both sites (especially DraftKings) does not reflect that. Pereyra will likely be involved in some capacity in what is expected to be a tightly contested match against Wolves this weekend, making him more than worthy of selection in your DFS lineups regardless of the slate. Consider Pereyra a solid option with Tournament upside who provides great value this weekend.

EPL DFS Defenders to Consider

Andy Roberts0n - D, LIV vs HUD (DK - $6,000, FD - $6,000)

Liverpool defenders are a premium so far this season. With clean sheet upside and the ability to go forward and create mayhem from the flanks, Andy Robertson is a lock in GPP formats on both slates. If you do not have enough money for elite options like Mendy and Trippier, Robertson is a perfect fill-in who may even perform better than the aforementioned duo this weekend due to the easiest matchup out of the group.

Ben Davies - D, TOT vs WHU (DK - $4,800, FD - $5,000)

West Ham are a team on the rise, and Ben Davies does not have a starting spot locked down this season, but the fullback should be good to go as Danny Rose is battling a knock and is questionable to play. Davies is adequately priced but still a gamble due to uncertainty over his expected minutes. Therefore, he should be considered an expensive Tournament option with fantastic upside should Spurs keep a clean sheet.

EPL DFS Goalies to Consider

Hugo Lloris - G, TOT vs WHU (DK - $5,200, FD - $5,500)

Hugo Lloris is finally back from injury and should slot straight into the Starting XI for Spurs this weekend. Although West Ham has shown that they are dangerous on the counter-attack, Tottenham is slowly on the up and need a solid win to further consolidate their position as a top team in the league. Lloris should face a fair amount of shots, but my money is on him to keep a clean sheet. At a modest price on both sites, Lloris is ideal regardless of the format for high-floor production this slate.

Good luck this weekend!
