Daily Fantasy Baseball Lineup Picks (6/27/17): MLB DFS Advice for FanDuel and DraftKings

After a small six game slate last night, we have a much larger 15 game slate tonight. There are players at each of the price ranges, which means there are multiple different ways to construct lineups. None are necessarily correct. It depends on what techniques you feel comfortable with.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy baseball lineup picks for FanDuel on 6/27/2017. The DFS lineup picks will range from some of the elite players to mid-priced options, and of course, value plays

DFS Starting Pitchers to Consider

Max Scherzer - P, vs CHC (DK - $13,000, FD - $12,000)

Scherzer has been playing at an unbelievable level this season, as he has an 8-5 record, 2.09 ERA, and 12.1 K/9 through 15 starts. He has been a slightly better pitcher over his last 10 games, as well. He gets a matchup against the Cubs, who have had an underwhelming offense this season, and Scherzer is a -166 favorite in a game set at 7.5 runs tonight. Scherzer is an elite option on this slate.

Kenta Maeda - P, vs LAA (DK - $7,700, FD - $8,400)

Maeda has struggled a bit this season, but he has been playing much better over his last eight games. Over that span, he has a 4-2 record, 3.91 ERA, and 9.5 K/9. He has been a significantly better pitcher at home, as well. Maeda is a -215 favorite in a game set at 9 runs against the Angels, who have struggled offensively this season. He's a great salary relief option tonight.

DFS Infielders to Consider

Yadier Molina - C, at ARI (DK - $3,800, FD - $3,000)

Molina isn't exactly known for being an elite hitter, but he has been heating up recently. He's hitting well over .300 with surprising power over his last 10 games. He's also a threat to steal bases, which is rare for his position. He gets a good matchup against Taijuan Walker in a hitter friendly stadium, and he can be used in all leagues.

Cody Bellinger - 1B, vs LAA (DK - $5,600, FD - $4,200)

Bellinger comes with as much upside as anyone in the MLB. He has been playing at an elite level over his last 10 games, as he is hitting over .350 with double digit extra-base hits and RBIs over that span. He gets a great matchup Jesse Chavez, and Bellinger is an elite option in all leagues tonight.

Scooter Gennett - 2B, vs MIL (DK - $4,400, FD - $3,400)

Gennett has been heating up recently, as he has looked outstanding over his last seven games. Over that span, he has multiple double digit performances, including four games with home runs. He hits right-handed pitching well, and he gets a good matchup against Junior Guerra tonight. This is a revenge game for Gennett, and he can be used in all leagues.

Jose Ramirez - 3B, vs TEX (DK - $4,900, FD - $4,000)

Ramirez is enjoying an elite season, and he has been one of the best hitters in the MLB over his last 10 games. He's hitting over .450 with double digit extra-base hits over that span. He has also displayed great speed over that span with a couple steals. He's also hitting over .350 at home this season, and he gets a great matchup against Tyson Ross. Ramirez can be used in all leagues.

Xander Bogaerts - SS, vs MIN (DK - $5,000, FD - $3,600)

Bogaerts is a consistent hitter, who also comes with good upside. He brings a great combination of power and speed to the table, and he's playing in a hitter friendly stadium. He gets a good matchup against Hector Santiago tonight, and Bogaerts can safely be used in all leagues.

DFS Outfielders to Consider

Carlos Gomez - OF, at CLE (DK - $4,400, FD - $3,700)

Gomez has caught fire recently, as he's hitting around .350 over his last 10 games. He has also displayed an elite combination of speed and power over that span, as well. He gets a good matchup against Mike Clevinger, but Gomez has been a much better hitter at home this season. Still, he has been playing well enough to be used in all leagues.

Brian Goodwin - OF, vs CHC (DK - 4,000, FD - $2,700)

Goodwin has somewhat come out of nowhere for the Nationals, but he has been enjoying a great season as a fill-in player. Over his last 10 games, he's hitting nearly .300 with great power. He's also hitting near the top of the order in one of the best offenses in the MLB. He gets a matchup against Jake Arrieta, and Goodwin can be used in all leagues.
