Washington Commanders rookie wide receiver Antonio Williams has a chance to emerge as a fantasy impact player in the second half of the season with Terry McLaurin (knee) out for the rest of the year. Williams has flashed upside when given opportunity this season, showing the ability to create separation as a route-runner and be dynamic with the ball in his hands. His versatility to be used both inside and outside is another positive to his profile. The rookie third-rounder has recorded at least two receptions in every game this season, including three or more in five of six contests, and should have an expanded role in the offense, with head coach Dan Quinn highlighting him earlier in the week. Williams could lead Washington in targets in Week 8 in a favorable matchup against the Eagles, who have allowed the second-most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers. Williams projects as a WR3 with upside in Week 8, ranking as RotoBaller's WR33.--Kyle McCarthy
