Below are some fantasy football outlooks written by our NFL team here at RotoBaller, bringing you their fantasy football analysis and advice on which players to consider drafting in 2026:
Zay Flowers, Baltimore Ravens
Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers quietly finished the 2025 season as the WR7 in Half-PPR formats, though he got there largely on the back of three massive games. Flowers opened the year with a career-high 143 receiving yards and a touchdown in a primetime matchup with the Bills. He would top 120 yards in two other contests, but the 8.8 fantasy points he averaged across his remaining 14 games would have landed him at WR40.
Flowers has seen his targets, receptions, and yards rise each year in the league, but he has never topped five touchdowns in a season, and with much of his production tending to come from scattered boom games, his off weeks can be devastating, finishing with fewer than 5.5 points eight times over the past two seasons. The Ravens have shaken up their coaching staff ahead of the 2026 season, and new offensive coordinator Declan Doyle, who previously served as an assistant under Ben Johnson, arrived in Baltimore with a stated goal of creating more explosive plays.
With the Ravens allowing two of their more explosive playmakers, Isaiah Likely and Keaton Mitchell, to walk in free agency, Flowers projects to be a focal point of that scheme. Baltimore spent third and fourth-round picks on USC's Ja'Kobi Lane and Indiana's Elijah Sarratt, and three-time Pro Bowl tight end Mark Andrews signed a three-year extension in December, so Flowers still does not project to see the steady volume needed to support the healthy floor of some of the other receivers going in his range of drafts.
At RotoBaller's WR19, he will not always be the model of consistency, but for rosters built to handle his boom-or-bust nature, Flowers can single-handedly deliver several week-winning performances.
DJ Moore, Buffalo Bills
There's quite a bit of optimism in upstate New York: Josh Allen is the best quarterback DJ Moore has ever played with. Conversely, Moore is the best receiver that Allen has had to throw to since Stefon Diggs left the Bills. Facing less target competition and with a better offense, fantasy managers hope he can rebound as a WR2, a status that evaded him last season.
Moore had one of his best seasons under Buffalo head coach Joe Brady when the pair teamed up in Carolina in 2020, but he's now 29 years old, and advanced metrics may point to a receiver losing a half-step (74th in yards per route run in 2025). The Bills are, as currently constructed, also a run-first football team. Moore may not be dominant enough to command targets as Diggs did, but he will be the preferred option in the Buffalo offensive machine, and that alone warrants a fourth or fifth round pick.
Jayden Reed, Green Bay Packers
Green Bay Packers wide receiver Jayden Reed has one of the widest ranges of outcomes of all fantasy receivers heading into 2026. Since arriving in the league as a second-round pick in 2023, he has regularly flashed playmaking ability, but inconsistent usage has prevented him from developing into a reliable every-week fantasy starter. Now that significant changes are coming to Green Bay's offense, past history needs to be weighed against a potential snap-share bump.
Green Bay will be without two of its leading receivers from 2025, having allowed Romeo Doubs to walk in free agency and trading away Dontayvion Wicks, but it's no foregone conclusion that the added opportunity will go Reed's way. The fresh recipient of a four-year, $92 million contract extension, fifth-year wideout Christian Watson appears locked into an every-down role, and when the Packers take a third receiver off the field, as they did at one of the league's highest rates in 2025, it could be 2025 first-round pick Matthew Golden who claims the opposite spot.
Across three NFL seasons, Reed has run fewer than 10 of his nearly 900 routes from two-receiver sets, and with tight end Tucker Kraft reportedly trending toward an early-season return from his Week 9 ACL tear, there's no reason to expect a sudden influx of 11-personnel usage in Green Bay. Reed did sign a three-year extension of his own this offseason, and he offers intriguing upside thanks to his proven yards after catch ability and chemistry with Jordan Love, but without the certainty of an every-down role, he is still a risky pick before the mid-to-late rounds of 2026 drafts.

Jonathon Taylor, Indianapolis Colts
Indianapolis Colts running back Jonathan Taylor was one of the top running backs in fantasy football most of last season after rushing for 1,356 yards on 247 attempts with 16 touchdowns across 13 games. He added 35 catches for 304 receiving yards and two scores. The 27-year-old was on the verge of a career-year until quarterback Daniel Jones (Achilles) suffered a season-ending right Achilles tear in Week 14 against the Jaguars.
Once Jones went down, Taylor ended with just 229 rushing yards and two scores while averaging just 3.0 yards per carry in his last four games. His fantasy value relies a lot on whether or not Jones is fully healthy. Jones is progressing well in his recovery from a torn Achilles and is set to be ready for Week 1. The Colts are confident Jones will be ready and have awarded him a two-year extension during the offseason.
Most of the key pieces of the Colts offense are returning, as wide receivers Alec Pierce (re-signed) and Josh Downs, and tight end Tyler Warren, are back in 2026.
With Jones under center again, Taylor is set for another huge season. He currently has an ADP of seventh overall on Sleeper as the third RB off the draft board, which aligns perfectly with RotoBaller's overall ranking of seven. He was one of the safer picks in the back end of the first round of upcoming fantasy football drafts as long as Jones can stay on the field.
Nico Collins, Houston Texans
Houston Texans wide receiver Nico Collins has seen his fantasy upside limited due to injuries, but when on the field, he has produced at a WR1 level. Following two quiet seasons to begin his career, Collins turned in a Year 3 breakout in 2023 and has remained Houston's WR1 ever since. During the 2025 season, Collins appeared in 15 games and brought in 71 of his 120 targets for 1,117 yards and six touchdowns. His target total placed him 15th among all WRs, despite the missed time, and also marked the highest total of his career.
The 27-year-old makes the most of his receptions, flashing high upside in the downfield game as he caught 18 passes for more than 20 yards and added another five for more than 40 yards, marking the second time in the past three years he has hit these marks. The lone knock on his fantasy profile has always been his injury history, as he has never played in more than 15 games in a single season and even fell short of that mark in 2024. Entering 2026, Collins once again projects to see a high target share as the clear WR1 in this offense.
Even with the addition of Kayshon Boutte to the offense, Collins sits as the clear alpha in this room. While playing on a team that will look to lean on its rushing attack (13th-most rushing attempts in 2025), his high target share provides him a safe floor, and his YAC ability boosts his ceiling. Collins' current Sleeper ADP of 21 (WR9) is a fine price for those opting to fade the elite tier of the position.
