Week 11 fantasy football waiver wire pickups for Troy Franklin, Tez Johnson, Parker Washington in 2025. Read their waiver wire outlooks for fantasy football.
We're almost through 10 weeks of the 2025 NFL season. Yet it's never too late to hunt the waiver wire for pickups that could help you win your leagues, give you a solid starter for the rest of the season, or even help you win a matchup or two down the road in fantasy football.
The wide receiver position is very volatile on a week-to-week basis, with real breakouts, fluke breakouts, semi-breakouts, and everything in between happening on a constant basis. Even short hot streaks of scoring can help you get an edge in your leagues, though.
Denver Broncos wide receiver Troy Franklin, Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR Tez Johnson, and Jacksonville Jaguars slot receiver Parker Washington all had impressive performances in Week 10. But should you use your waiver claims or FAAB to pick them up ahead of Week 11?

In the last few weeks, we've seen a sizeable shift in the outlook for the Broncos receivers. It was WR Courtland Sutton who was the clear No. 1 in the early part of the season, posting four games with eight or more targets and scoring 16 or more PPR fantasy points in five of them.
However, in the last three contests, he's been out-targeted by Franklin, who's had a team-leading 27 targets, 11 more than Sutton has garnered. And Franklin racked up 26.9, 8.3, and 15.0 PPR fantasy points in those games while Sutton scored 10.7, 10.0, and 5.4.

It appears that Franklin is taking over the WR1 job for the Broncos. He has been the team's best receiver the past few weeks, and though he often struggles with drops, that hasn't deterred the coaches from featuring him heavily in the offense.
The WR1, or WR1A, or the player who it really looks like is taking over the WR1 position for each team, as applicable, should be rostered in all fantasy leagues, so it's time to pick up Franklin if he's available in yours.

While it looked like Johnson would only temporarily be in an elevated role in his team's offense, things change quickly in the NFL. The first domino that fell was the injury to Bucs WR Mike Evans (collarbone), who's set to miss almost all of the rest of the regular season now.
The second was that fellow Buccaneers WR Chris Godwin (fibula) injured his leg after playing in just two contests, and hasn't returned since. While it was initially thought to be a minor injury, more recent reporting suggest he could miss another month.

Johnson seems firmly entrenched in the WR2 spot with Tampa Bay. That's extremely valuable for fantasy football, because Tampa Bay has a high-powered passing offense that puts up a ton of yards and completions nearly every week. Johnson could use more targets, but he's been highly efficient with the ones he's had.
WR Emeka Egbuka remains the team's WR1. He had six catches for 115 yards and a touchdown on his 13 targets last week. Johnson had just five targets, though he caught four for 42 yards and a touchdown. I expect the target numbers to increase. He needs to be rostered in all leagues.
Parker Washington Week 11 Waiver Wire Pickups

Washington returned a punt for a touchdown, and has been active in the return game all season. He should already have been rostered in all leagues that count return yards for fantasy points. In the leagues that don't, though, he's at least worth an add in leagues with 12 or more teams.
He scored 17.9 PPR fantasy points in Week 10, with six of those coming from his return touchdown. But in a very tough matchup against an elite Houston Texans pass defense, he still managed seven targets, of which he caught three of for 33 yards and a touchdown.

Where Washington shines is in consistency and route-running prowess. His athleticism is a major limitation to his game, but Jacksonville's top-2 wide receivers, Brian Thomas Jr. (ankle) and Travis Hunter (knee), are both injured and weren't able to play last week. Hunter will for sure miss at least two more games.
Thomas has a high-ankle sprain, so he's unlikely to return for one or two more weeks. Washington might just be the team's WR1 for the near future, and in easier matchups, that's someone worth stashing at least. The return TDs give him a bit more upside as well, which helps.
