Week 7 Waiver Wire Pickups - Kendrick Bourne, Kayshon Boutte, Elic Ayomanor Fantasy Football Outlooks

Kendrick Bourne - Fantasy Football Rankings, Waiver Wire Pickups, Draft Sleepers

Week 7 fantasy football waiver wire pickups for Kendrick Bourne, Kayshon Boutte, Elic Ayomanor in 2025. Read their waiver wire outlooks for fantasy football.

Entering Week 6, Puka Nacua and Emeka Egbuka were the WR1 and WR3, respectively. They are now both managing injuries. Fantasy managers are going to be searching for wide receiver help.

Today, we're discussing two receivers who have moved up their team's depth chart due to injuries, as well as a third who is a repeat offender in the waiver wire columns.

So, should you pick up Kendrick Bourne, Kayshon Boutte, or Elic Ayomanor in your fantasy football leagues for Week 7 of 2025? Let's dive in.

Kendrick Bourne Week 7 Waiver Wire Pickup

Rostered: 35% of Leagues

Baller Move: Add in all leagues

The entire San Francisco roster continues to be marred by injuries, leaving Bourne to help keep the passing attack afloat. And he's doing a great job. George Kittle, Ricky Pearsall, and Brandon Aiyuk have missed the last two games, and Jauan Jennings didn't suit up in Week 5 and is playing with broken ribs and ankle sprains.

Bourne's long-term outlook depends on the availability of Kittle and Pearsall. The latter could play this week, but hasn't practiced yet with a PCL sprain. Kittle could immediately slide into being the top option upon his return. Even so, with Jennings not himself and Aiyuk nowhere near returning, Bourne could be on the field for a lot of snaps.

He's made the most of his opportunities thus far with 10 catches for 142 yards in Week 5 and five catches for 142 yards in Week 6, and he has a strong rapport with Mac Jones, dating back to their New England days. Will he have that same chemistry with Brock Purdy when he gets back in the lineup?

Bourne should be added in all leagues, but not in a 'break the FAAB bank' way. Any lineup change could revert him to waiver-wire fodder. However, another week without Pearsall would place Bourne in the WR2/WR3 range, especially with San Francisco's passing rate (over 40 attempts per game, second in the NFL).

Kayshon Boutte Week 7 Waiver Wire Pickup

Rostered: 8% of Leagues

Baller Move: Consider in 12+ team leagues

Welcome back to Week 1. Boutte was one of the more popular waiver wire additions following his six-catch, 103-yard season debut. Since then, however, he has mostly faded into the background of a crowded wide receiver room.

Drake Maye went back in Boutte's direction in New Orleans - a homecoming game of sorts for the receiver born in New Iberia, Louisiana. He caught all five of his targets for 93 yards and scored twice. Now, he's back on the waiver wire radar.

Boutte has been fantastic when given the opportunity (15.2 average depth of target and 77.8% catch rate), but those opportunities aren't always there. 13 of his 23 targets have come in those two big games. He's failed to see more than three targets in any of the other four games.

Since football fans on X want to compare Maye to Josh Allen, let's draw the comparisons between the two AFC East offenses. Both quarterbacks lead potent offenses, but take exactly what the defense gives them.

There aren't any safe Buffalo pass catchers, just as there are consistency concerns about all of the receivers in New England. Stefon Diggs, Hunter Henry, Boutte, and even DeMario Douglas have had their moments this season before taking a back seat.

Boutte still has plenty of room to grow, and we know what he can give you. For those fantasy managers in an injury or bye-related pinch, there are far worse options than New England's number two WR. But he's not in the pick-up-and-safely-play category.

Elic Ayomanor Week 7 Waiver Wire Pickup

Rostered: 25% of Leagues

Baller Move: Consider in 12-14+ team PPR leagues

Elic Ayomanor is officially the WR1 in Tennessee. I wish it were more exciting than that.

Calvin Ridley (hamstring) was sidelined early in the Week 6 loss to the Las Vegas Raiders, leading to a career-high 93% of the snaps for Ayomanor. With the veteran expected to miss time, the fourth-round rookie sits atop the Titans' depth chart.

Unfortunately, this is one of the league's worst offenses. Tennessee only averages more passing yards per game (150.5) than the New York Jets and more points per game (13.8) than the Cleveland Browns.

After a 1-5 start with no encouraging signs of progress, head coach Brian Callahan was fired. A new coach could give the offense a slight push in the right direction, but he can't teach first-overall pick Cam Ward how to become a reliable, starting NFL quarterback instantly.

Until we see some spark, there aren't any Titans worth starting in fantasy football. That includes Ayomanor, who didn't really take advantage of Ridley's departure. The rookie caught just three passes for 27 yards, while Van Jefferson led the team in receiving yards (75).

Ayomanor has never caught more than four passes in a game and averages 32 receiving yards per game through six weeks. He should only be added in deep leagues, as a receiver (and offense) who can hopefully figure it out as the season progresses.
