Brian Callahan Giving Up Play-Calling Duties
Tennessee Titans head coach Brian Callahan announced on Tuesday that he is handing offensive play-calling duties to quarterbacks coach Bo Hardegree, starting in Week 4 against the division-rival Houston Texans. Nick Holz remains the offensive coordinator and will work alongside Callahan and Hardegree. Callahan has been Tennessee's play-caller since he became the head coach last year. Hardegree is in his 12th season in the NFL, but he has only called plays once, back in 2023 with the Las Vegas Raiders after head coach Josh McDaniels and offensive coordinator Loe Lombardi were fired.
