ANALYSIS: Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker is the No. 7 kicker in fantasy leagues this season, and he's a solid starting option in Week 11 against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Kicker is a tough position to evaluate since kicking opportunities are dependent on so many other factors.

He's one of the best kickers in NFL history and still clearly has it. It may actually be preferable for him to face better defenses -- you want the Steelers to allow the Ravens to drive down the field, but stiffen up in the red zone, preventing touchdowns from being scored and forcing Baltimore to settle for field goals.
But in general, this is a very difficult thing to predict. You're better off just starting accurate kickers on good offenses. BAL has the best offense in the league, but Tucker has made just 78.9% of his kicks this season. Still, he has the safety blanked of plenty of extra point attempts propping up his scoring totals.
XPs are free points for kickers, giving him a nice floor that makes him worth starting in Week 11.
