KaVontae Turpin is a fantasy football waiver wire pickup option for wide receivers. Target him as a free agent add off waivers for Week 13 of the 2023 NFL season.

ANALYSIS: Dallas Cowboys wide receiver KaVontae Turpin is an exciting player to watch on special teams, but he's also started to carve out a little bit of an offensive role lately.
Turpin, who was inactive in Week 10, has scored two receiving touchdowns since Week 9 while playing in three games. This week against Washington, that came via a 34-yard score from quarterback Dak Prescott in the fourth quarter.
Overall, Turpin has 10 receptions for 113 yards this season with three of those catches going for scores. That seems to beg the question: will he start to see more consistent usage considering what he's done with his limited touches?
Probably not. Turpin took just five offensive snaps this week and hasn't played more than 30% of the Cowboys' offensive snaps in any game this season. Still, considering how no one has really claimed the No. 3 receiver role behind CeeDee Lamb and Brandin Cooks at this point, there's some reason for fantasy managers in 14-team leagues who are desperate for a wide receiver to grab Turpin off the wire, even if it's too soon to play him in any format other than DFS.
