Who Should I Start For Fantasy Football Week 17? Drake London, Terry McLaurin, Davante Adams

Davante Adams - Fantasy Football Rankings, NFL Injury News, DFS Lineup Picks

Who should I start for Week 17? Fantasy football outlooks for Drake London, Terry McLaurin, Davante Adams. Our expert fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks.

The 2024 fantasy football season has been one of the wildest in recent memory.

We have also seen some wide receivers bounce back after disappointing 2023 seasons.

So should fantasy players start Drake London, Terry McLaurin, or Davante Adams in Week 17?

Should I Start Drake London For Fantasy Football?

London has had a career season despite Kirk Cousins’ struggles. The former USC star is the WR8 for the year, averaging 12.1 half-point PPR fantasy points per game. He has seven receiving touchdowns, a career-high. By comparison, London had six receiving touchdowns over his first two seasons in the NFL.

The third-year pro has a solid matchup on Sunday night against the Washington Commanders, making him a high-end WR3. Washington has surrendered one receiving touchdown and 26.9 fantasy points per game to wide receivers over their past four contests.

Should I Start Terry McLaurin For Fantasy Football?

McLaurin has had a career year with Jayden Daniels under center. The former Ohio State star is the WR5 for the season, averaging 14 half-point PPR fantasy points per game. Furthermore, he had tied the franchise record with 12 receiving touchdowns after scoring in last week’s upset win over the Philadelphia Eagles.

By comparison, McLaurin’s previous career high in receiving touchdowns was seven as a rookie in 2018. Meanwhile, he faces an Atalanta Falcons defense on Sunday night that has surrendered 30.9 fantasy points per game to wide receivers, the fourth-most in the NFL. The veteran is a must-star wide receiver in Week 17.

Should I Start Davante Adams For Fantasy Football?

Adams is the WR10 for the year despite missing time with a hamstring injury, averaging 14.5 half-point PPR fantasy points per game. The superstar wide receiver has seven receiving touchdowns this season, including six since getting traded to the New York Jets in October.

More importantly, Adams has been on fire since the Week 12 bye, averaging 110.3 receiving yards, 1.3 touchdowns, and 22.8 fantasy points per game. He is a must-start wide receiver in Week 17 despite the less-than-ideal matchup against the Buffalo Bills.
