The Minnesota Vikings placed cornerback Cameron Dantzler on the Reserve/COVID-19 list on Monday after he tested positive for the virus. Dantzler will need to return two negative tests this week to have a chance at playing in a Week 5 game against the division-rival Detroit Lions at home. So there's a decent chance the Vikings won't have him this weekend. The 23-year-old third-round pick in 2020 played 92 percent of the defensive snaps in the Week 4 loss to the Cleveland Browns, and he's recorded six tackles (four solo) and two passes defensed in three games so far in 2021. Dantzler impressed last year with 46 tackles and two interceptions and started 10 of his 11 games.--Keith Hernandez
