Vaughn Grissom Will Play Left Field
1 year agoAtlanta Braves shortstop Vaughn Grissom is reportedly going to change positions this offseason. Braves general manager Alex Anthopoulous recently said that Grissom will get a look in left field next season. The 22-year-old slashed .330/.419/.501 during his time in Triple-A this past season. Grissom has not played a professional game in the outfield, but the Braves want to find a way to get his bat in the lineup. If he adapts quickly, Grissom could earn himself a spot on the Opening Day roster.
