Tennessee Titans Running Back Tyjae Spears took a step backward in Week 3, rushing three times for only five yards and failing to record a target against the Giants. His bigger concern entering Week 4 is health. Spears missed practice Wednesday and Thursday because of his ankle before returning on a limited basis Friday, and he's officially questionable for the matchup at Baltimore. Head coach Robert Saleh said Spears is moving in the right direction but still has "some hurdles" to clear before Sunday. Even if Spears is active, it's difficult to trust a player coming off just three touches while playing at less than 100%, especially as the No. 2 running back in a horrendous offense. Baltimore has been average against opposing ground attacks, but fantasy managers are much better off leaving Spears on the bench, and an inactive designation would obviously give Tony Pollard's outlook a significant boost.--Ryan J.
