Travis Kelce On The Verge Of Making History
4 years agoKansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce has 1,318 receiving yards heading into Week 16 against the Falcons and would break the NFL's single-season record for a tight end if he gets at least 60 yards on Sunday against Atlanta. 49ers tight end George Kittle holds the record of 1,377 receiving yards set in 2018. Kelce could also become the first tight end to lead the league in receiving yards, as he's currently six yards behind Cardinals receiver DeAndre Hopkins. Only one tight end (Kellen Winslow in 1980) has ever finished second in receiving yards. Kelce has had 1,000 receiving yards in every season since 2016, becoming the first tight end to have five straight seasons with 1,000 yards. The 31-year-old can be used all over the field and is the top fantasy tight end again in 2020. Start him each and every week.
