Titans Exploring Trading Up To No. 3 Pick
2 years agoWith the quarterback situations in the AFC South best described as "convoluted," Tennessee Titans general manager Ran Carthon is prepared to take some swings in this year's draft, and it could mean trading up into the No. 3 spot later this month. The Arizona Cardinals currently hold the third overall pick, but NFL Network's Daniel Jeremiah said on the Move The Sticks podcast last week that the Titans could look to trade up into that spot. New Cardinals GM Monti Ossenfort also used to work in the Titans front office. The Las Vegas Raiders are another team to watch that could potentially trade up into the top five. Tennessee is expected to roll into the 2023 season with veteran Ryan Tannehill under center, but the Titans may not be able to pass up a shot to grab their future franchise QB in this year's draft.
