T.Y. Hilton Back To His Old Self?
4 years agoIndianapolis Colts wide receiver T.Y. Hilton had only 26 receptions for 291 yards and no touchdowns in the first 10 games of the season. It was looking like the 31-year-old was on a rapid decline with quarterback Philip Rivers now under center. The guy nicknamed the Ghost for his ability to slip behind defenses and do damage had become a ghost on the stat sheet. But in the last three games, Hilton has 17 catches for 277 yards and four touchdowns. The 2020 version of Hilton is a much more mature one. When his production took a hit in 2015, he made critical comments about the team's offensive coordinator. But he's been quiet and team-oriented this year. On a hot streak and facing a Texans team that he is notorious for shredding, Hilton will have WR2 upside in Week 15. He had eight catches for 110 yards -- his first 100-yard game of the year -- and a touchdown just two weeks ago in the first meeting with Houston.
