Preston Williams Limited To Start The Week
3 years agoMiami Dolphins wide receiver Preston Williams (foot) was limited in practice on Wednesday ahead of Week 1 against the New England Patriots. Williams had season-ending foot surgery last year and was removed from the Physically Unable to Perform list on Aug. 19. He proceeded to play in a preseason game on Aug. 29, but it remains to be seen if he'll be active to kick off the 2021 regular season. Will Fuller is suspended to begin the year, but Miami also has DeVante Parker, rookie Jaylen Waddle, Jakeem Grant and Albert Wilson at receiver. Until further notice, Williams belongs on most waiver wires in redraft leagues after such a lengthy rehab from foot surgery.
