Baker Mayfield Throws For 233 Yards, Touchdown in Win Over Jets
Baker Mayfield wasn't outstanding on Sunday in Week 3 against the visiting New York Jets, but he did enough to lead the team to a 3-0 start in 2025. Mayfield went 19-for-29 passing for 233 yards, one touchdown, and no interceptions in the 29-27 win. He added four carries for 44 rushing yards and was sacked once for a loss of eight yards. The 30-year-old's touchdown pass was a five-yard strike to veteran receiver Mike Evans (hamstring) in the second quarter. Mayfield could be getting Chris Godwin (ankle) back in Week 4 against the 3-0 Philadelphia Eagles, but he could be without Evans, who injured his hamstring in the second half and did not return. He has thrown six touchdowns and no interceptions through three weeks and will remain a decent QB streamer in fantasy, but next week won't be an ideal matchup against Philly.
