Keegan Bradley Carrying Strong Form Into U.S. Open
Source: PGA Tour
Keegan Bradley continues to put together a consistent season, most recently finishing T7 at the Memorial—his fourth top-10 result of the year. He now turns his attention to the U.S. Open, an event where he's historically struggled, making six cuts but recording only two finishes inside the top 27 across 12 starts. This year's tournament will be held at Oakmont Country Club, a notoriously difficult layout with fairways averaging just 28 yards in width and rough reaching up to five inches thick. Clubhead speed, driving accuracy, and approach play from the rough will be critical. Bradley ranks 47th in driving accuracy, 111th in clubhead speed, and sits in just the 23rd percentile in greens in regulation from over 150 yards out of the rough. However, he also ranks third on tour in strokes gained from tee to green (plus-1.220 per round) and 14th on approach (plus-0.577). While Bradley offers upside thanks to his elite ball-striking, his U.S. Open track record may give DFS managers reason to look elsewhere this week.Kings Targeting Darius Garland
Darius Garland (toe) may begin the 2025-26 NBA campaign with a different team. Sources have told Grant Afseth of RG that the Sacramento Kings are interested in acquiring Garland. The Kings are looking to bring in another point guard after trading De'Aaron Fox to the San Antonio Spurs in February. Afseth also mentions Trae Young of the Atlanta Hawks as a potential option for the Kings, but trade negotiations surrounding him have "stalled." Garland was also linked with an exit from Cleveland last offseason. After remaining with the team, Garland enjoyed a fine season, averaging 20.6 points and 6.7 assists while earning his second All-Star selection.Source: Grant Afseth
Cleveland Cavaliers point guard Kevin Durant Expected to Be Moved Soon
Kevin Durant will likely be a member of a new team soon. Speaking on ESPN's Get Up, NBA insider Brian Windhorst said he believes that Durant will be traded "in the coming weeks." There are reportedly a "handful of teams" interested in trading for the veteran superstar, including the New York Knicks. Durant, who has one year remaining on his contract, has played only two full seasons with the Suns and is poised to join his third team since the 2022-23 campaign. Despite approaching 37 soon, Durant continues to be highly productive on the court and should still be one of the top options for fantasy teams next season.Source: Brian Windhorst
Phoenix Suns forward Willy Adames Homers, Looks to Spark Turnaround in San Francisco
Willy Adames homered in Tuesday's 6-5 comeback win over the Colorado Rockies. Adames opened the scoring with a sacrifice fly in the first inning, then tied the game in the fifth with a 439-foot blast to center field—his sixth home run of the season. He finished 1-for-3 with a walk and an additional run scored. The 29-year-old has struggled in his first season with the Giants, slashing .194/.283/.316 with a .599 OPS through 66 games. His .269 wOBA is a career low, but the Giants hope this performance signals better days ahead.Source: MLB.com
San Francisco Giants shortstop Giannis Antetokounmpo Reportedly Has "No Trade Market"
Giannis Antetokounmpo appears set to stay put for another offseason. According to Brian Windhorst of ESPN, there is currently "no trade market" for Antetokounmpo because he has not asked for a move and the Bucks are "not looking" to trade him. The two-time MVP has been linked with a move elsewhere after the Bucks suffered a third consecutive first-round exit in the playoffs. It was reported that he's "open-minded" about leaving the team. Several teams, including the Toronto Raptors, Houston Rockets, and New York Knicks, have been seen as potential suitors for Antetokounmpo. However, it looks like his future lies in Milwaukee, at least for now.Source: The Dunk Central
Milwaukee Bucks forward/center Quinn Priester Delivers Six Strong Innings in Third Consecutive Win
Quinn Priester (4-2) delivered six strong innings in Tuesday night's 4-1 victory over the Atlanta Braves. Priester struck out seven and allowed one run on seven hits, securing his fourth win of the season. After moving between teams and struggling with consistency last year, the 24-year-old is settling into his role with Milwaukee. He currently owns a 3.65 ERA, 1.30 WHIP, and 43 strikeouts in 61 2/3 innings, all career bests. Priester will look to earn his fourth consecutive win in his next scheduled start Sunday against the St. Louis Cardinals.Source: MLB.com
Milwaukee Brewers right-hander Andres Gimenez Goes Deep, Eyes Bounce-Back June
Andres Gimenez homered in Tuesday night's 9-8 win over the St. Louis Cardinals. Gimenez opened the scoring with a 387-foot, three-run blast in the first inning and later added an RBI single. The 26-year-old went 2-for-5 with four RBI and five total bases. After missing much of May with a quad injury, Gimenez appears to be settling back into his role nicely. In his first season with Toronto, he is slashing .213/.287/.333 with a .620 OPS. The glove-first infielder will look to contribute in any way possible as the Blue Jays push to catch the New York Yankees atop the AL East.Source: MLB.com
Toronto Blue Jays second baseman Jarace Walker Remains Out Wednesday
Jarace Walker (ankle) will continue to sit on Wednesday against the Oklahoma City Thunder. The 21-year-old was initially ruled out for the first two games of the Finals, but Walker is not ready to return for Wednesday's Game 3, as he needs more time to recover from a right ankle sprain. Ahead of Sunday's Game 2, Pacers head coach Rick Carlisle told reporters that Walker is "not close" to returning, making it uncertain when he will be available for selection. Walker has averaged 3.0 points and 1.8 rebounds in 9.8 minutes this postseason. While his absence isn't a big loss for the Pacers, Walker would be an additional frontcourt option on the bench for Carlisle if he were healthy.Source: NBA Injury Report
Indiana Pacers power forward Josh Jung Drives in Four Runs, Poised to Break Out After Slow June
Josh Jung drove in four runs during Tuesday's 16-4 win over the Minnesota Twins. Jung hit a two-run single in the fifth inning, then added a two-RBI double in the eighth that left the bat at 102 mph. The 27-year-old went 2-for-5 with two runs scored. It was a much-needed showing for a bat that has struggled in June. Jung is now slashing .259/.305/.406 with a .711 OPS across 58 games after missing a large portion of last season due to injury. Fantasy managers should monitor him closely. His 96th percentile Launch Angle Sweet-Spot rate of 43% suggests he could heat up quickly.Source: MLB.com
Texas Rangers third baseman Tyrese Haliburton "Fine" For Wednesday's Action
Tyrese Haliburton said he is dealing with "a lower leg thing" but is ready to go for Wednesday's Game 3 of the NBA Finals against the Oklahoma City Thunder. "I don't think there's anything more to elaborate," Haliburton said. "I feel fine and I'll be ready to go for Game 3." The Pacers star was seen limping after his postgame press conference following Game 2. On Tuesday, Pacers head coach Rick Carlisle acknowledged that Haliburton is experiencing "some discomfort," but it's improving daily. Given his importance to the team, Indiana will likely keep Haliburton in the lineup as long as he can move on the court. The two-time All-Star has averaged 15.5 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 6.0 assists over the first two games against the Thunder.Source: ESPN
Indiana Pacers point guard Payton Tolle Tallies Eight Strikeouts in Second Straight Outing
Source: MiLB.com
Boston Red Sox left-handed pitching prospect Payton Tolle tossed five innings of one-run ball against High-A Hudson Valley on Tuesday evening. In this outing, Tolle struck out eight batters for the second straight start and allowed just three hits and three walks. Throughout his first professional season, Tolle has flashed high-strikeout potential with High-A Greenville. Over his last 20 innings (four starts), the southpaw has struck out 30 batters and held a 3.10 ERA with a 1.10 WHIP. Through 43 2/3 innings of work, the left-hander has struck out an eye-catching 70 batters while holding a 3.92 ERA and a 1.19 WHIP. Given his steady production during his debut season, Tolle should be in the mix to reach Double-A later this summer. The No. 16-ranked prospect in the Boston system remains on track to reach the majors next season.Manny Machado Extends Hitting Streak, Drives in Five Against Dodgers
Manny Machado powered the offense with five RBI in Tuesday's 11-1 rout of the division-rival Los Angeles Dodgers. The 32-year-old went 3-for-5 with one run scored, marking his fifth multi-hit game in his last eight contests. Machado also extended his hitting streak to eight games and is slugging a scorching .732 in June. The veteran third baseman is now batting a career-high .325 with a .904 OPS and a .392 wOBA across 59 games. Fantasy managers should continue to treat him as a must-start option while he remains on this tear in his seventh year with San Diego.Source: MLB.com
San Diego Padres third baseman Jonah Tong Punches Out Eight on Tuesday
Source: MiLB.com
New York Mets right-handed pitching prospect Jonah Tong enjoyed another stellar outing at Double-A Richmond on Tuesday evening. In this start, Tong tossed 5 1/3 innings of one-run ball with four hits and two walks. He struck out eight. Over his last four outings with Double-A (26 1/3 frames), Tong has struck out 40 batters and held a 1.37 ERA and a 0.99 WHIP. Through 54 1/3 total innings with Double-A Binghamton, Tong has performed at an elite level, posting a 1.99 ERA with a 1.03 WHIP. During this stretch, Tong has tallied 91 total strikeouts but has sometimes struggled with his command, allowing 29 free passes. Last season, Tong spent most of his time with High-A and held a higher 3.71 ERA with a 1.22 WHIP across 85 innings of work. Given his steady progress, Tong should be in the mix to reach Triple-A later this summer.Christian Moore Launches Fourth Home Run at Triple-A
Christian Moore went 2-for-4 with a home run during their contest against Triple-A Las Vegas on Tuesday evening. Moore has been swinging a hot bat since earning the call to Triple-A. Over his first 19 games with Salt Lake, Moore has posted an impressive .342/.414/.539 slash line with four doubles, one triple, three home runs, and three stolen bases. During this stretch, he has tallied 15 RBI and scored 14 runs. The eighth overall pick in last year's MLB Draft opened the season with Double-A and held a .234/.342/.323 line. Last summer, Moore performed at an elite level at Double-A following the draft, posting a .911 OPS through 23 games. If the 22-year-old continues to produce at this level, he could reach the majors in the coming weeks.Source: MiLB.com
Los Angeles Angels infield prospect Colt Emerson Snaps Power Skid on Tuesday
Colt Emerson went 1-for-5 with a home run during their contest against High-A Tri-City. Over his last five games, Emerson has begun to heat up at the plate. Over this stretch, he has posted a .300/.364/.600 line with a double, triple, and a home run. Prior to this recent surge, Emerson held a modest .200/.297/.271 line with just 17 total hits over his last 21 contests. His home run on Tuesday was also his first round-tripper since May 18. Through 53 games with High-A this season, Emerson has struggled at times, holding a .244/.341/.378 line with five doubles and five home runs. Given his lack of consistent success at High-A this season, fantasy managers should expect the No. 19-ranked prospect in the sport to spend most of the season at this level. If he continues to turn the corner, he could earn a late-season taste of Double-A.Source: MiLB.com
Seattle Mariners infield prospect Slade Caldwell Tallies Two Hits in High-A Debut
Slade Caldwell went 2-for-5 with two singles, a stolen base, and a strikeout during his High-A debut against Eugene on Tuesday evening. Caldwell was selected with the 29th pick in last year's MLB Draft out of Valley View HS. Caldwell made his professional debut this summer with Low-A Visalia. Through 48 games, the 18-year-old performed at an elite level, posting a .294/.460/.454 line. He went deep three times and added 13 doubles with two triples. He swiped 13 bags and showed a strong eye at the plate, holding a 62:44 K:BB. Over his final 13 games before earning the promotion, the No. 97-ranked prospect in baseball posted a .327 AVG with a .880 OPS. Fantasy managers should expect Caldwell to spend the majority of the campaign with High-A.Source: MiLB.com
Arizona Diamondbacks outfield prospect Adrian Del Castillo Hits Home Run in Return to Triple-A
Adrian Del Castillo went 2-for-5 with a home run in his first game off the Triple-A injured list on Tuesday. The young backstop has been dealing with a shoulder injury since the end of March. He recently began a rehab assignment in the Arizona Complex League, where he posted a .310/.434.,690 slash line across 12 contests. However, in his first game off the IL with Reno, he would launch his fourth long ball of the season. Last summer, Del Castillo spent most of his season with Triple-A and even earned a taste of the majors. With Triple-A, Del Castillo held a strong .312/.399/.603 slash line with 26 round-trippers. In 25 games with the Diamondbacks, the No. 6-ranked prospect in the system held a .313/.368/.525 line with four home runs. He should be in the mix to return to the majors in the coming weeks.Source: MiLB.com
Arizona Diamondbacks catching prospect Dylan Cease Whiffs Season-High 11 in Win
Dylan Cease blanked the Los Angeles Dodgers over seven innings of work in his team's 11-1 home win on Tuesday. The veteran allowed three hits and notched a season-high in walks (five) and strikeouts (11). Cease was a little wild in this one, though; he also generated 24 whiffs for an excellent 39% CSW. Despite a good bit of traffic on the base paths during the middle innings of his outing, he kept a dangerous Dodgers lineup off the board. The Georgia native improved to 2-5, picking up his first win in well over two months (Apr. 2). He'll look to keep it rolling the next time he toes the rubber -- on the road against these very same Dodgers early next week.Source: ESPN
San Diego Padres starting pitcher Jose Soriano Punches Out 12 in No-Decision in Stellar Start
Jose Soriano tossed seven innings of one-run ball, but did not factor into Tuesday's 2-1 win against the Athletics. The 26-year-old yielded two hits and two walks, striking out 12 in the dominant outing. Soriano landed 71 of 110 pitches for strikes, and induced an eye-popping 22 swings and misses for an elite 42% CSW. He yielded nary a hit through five innings, but the A's got to him in the sixth when Brent Rooker doubled home teammate Max Schuemann, who walked three batters prior. Still, it was a fantastic showing for him, as he easily set a new season-high in strikeouts. He's had issues with free passes this season, inflating his WHIP (1.50), but holds a respectable 3.86 ERA through 14 appearances (79 1/3 innings) and one of the best ground ball rates in the league (66.7%).Source: ESPN
Los Angeles Angels starting pitcher Evan Carter Posts Three More Hits
Evan Carter went 3-for-5 with a home run and three RBI in his team's 16-4 win against the Minnesota Twins. The Tennessee native also drew a walk, singled twice, and scored four runs in the rout. Carter homered for the second time in as many games when he blasted his third of the season -- a two-run shot -- off Twins' reliever Justin Topa in the top of the sixth inning. That'd make it 10-3 Rangers, but Carter wasn't done yet -- singling home teammate Corey Seager to drive in his third run of the contest two innings later. The 22-year-old has three hits in back-to-back outings and logged another two batted balls in excess of 100 MPH. He's scored and plated five runs over the last two games, and the recent hot stretch has brought his average up to .255 (13-for-51) through 17 appearances.Source: ESPN
Texas Rangers outfielder Aaron Judge Slugs Homer No. 24
Aaron Judge went 2-for-5 with a home run and three RBI in Tuesday's 10-2 win against the Kansas City Royals. He added a single and struck out twice. The superstar slugger hit a monster two-run bomb off Royals' pitcher Noah Cameron in the top of the first inning, leaving the bat at 117.9 MPH and traveling 469 feet. He also singled a run home in the top of the sixth. Judge is amid an incredible season at the plate, slashing a ludicrous .396/.491/.776 with 24 home runs, 17 doubles, 58 RBI, 63 runs scored, and five steals. Furthermore, he leads the league in virtually every expected statistic and quality of contact metric, and holds a walk rate (15.3%) in the top 4% of hitters. We're beginning to run thin on superlatives for him.Source: ESPN
New York Yankees outfielder Max Fried Earns League-Leading Ninth Win
Max Fried yielded six hits and two earned runs over seven innings in Tuesday's 10-2 win over the Kansas City Royals. He struck out four and walked none -- improving to a stellar 9-1 record through 14 appearances this season. The former No. 7 overall pick fired 61 of 91 pitches for strikes and picked up 12 whiffs (eight with his fastball) to notch his tenth quality start. Fried has been exemplary in 2025, sporting a pristine 1.84 ERA, 0.93 WHIP, and 81:18 K:BB ratio through 88 innings. He's allowed two or fewer earned runs in all but one start. The 31-year-old lefty will look to continue dealing in his next outing, which should come early next week on the road against the Boston Red Sox.Source: ESPN
New York Yankees starting pitcher Shane Smith Tosses Quality Start, Earns Win Tuesday
Shane Smith continued his excellent season in Tuesday's 4-2 win over the Astros. Smith pitched six innings, allowing one run on seven hits and two walks with four strikeouts. The 25-year-old has led the way among several surprise encouraging pitchers this season, going 3-3 with a 2.37 ERA, a 1.17 WHIP, and an 8.43 K/9 rate in 13 starts and 68 1/3 IP. He may not earn a ton of wins given his backing offense, but Smith has put up strong ratios and has offered a high fantasy floor. He will have a good opportunity to keep things going in his next scheduled start at the Rangers.Source: MLB.com
Chicago White Sox starting pitcher Logan Gilbert Solid In Triple-A Rehab Start Tuesday
Logan Gilbert (elbow) turned in a great rehab start in Tuesday's 2-1 win with Triple-A Tacoma. Gilbert pitched five scoreless innings, allowing one hit and one walk with six strikeouts on 72 pitches. The 28-year-old has been on the injured list since the end of April with a right elbow flexor strain. As for his next steps, manager Dan Wilson said, "We're just kind of reassessing after each start, but we'll see". The Mariners have dealt with several rotation injuries this season, so they will gladly welcome their ace back when he is ready. The good news is that Gilbert has upped his pitch count in each of his rehab outings. Fantasy managers should look for more definitive news as to when he may rejoin the Mariners, but it seems as though he is close.Source: Jesse Borek - MLB.com
Seattle Mariners starting pitcher Will Vest Earns 11th Save Of Season Tuesday
Will Vest picked up his 11th save of the season in Tuesday's 5-3 win over the Orioles. Vest came in to pitch the bottom of the ninth inning up by three. He allowed a leadoff home run to Jordan Westburg but then got the next three hitters out, ending the game with a strikeout. The 30-year-old has emerged out of nowhere as the Tigers primary option for saves this season, converting all but two save opportunities with five wins, a 1.89 ERA, a 0.93 WHIP, and a 9.18 K/9 rate in 33 1/3 innings of work. Tommy Kahnle and Tyler Holton have also seen a few save opportunities along the way, but Vest seems to be the clear option and has been deployed for multiple innings somewhat frequently, making him a solid fantasy option.Source: MLB.com
It wasn't a clean outing, but Detroit Tigers relief pitcher Spencer Torkelson Hits 16th Homer Of Season Tuesday
Spencer Torkelson continued to hit for high-end power in Tuesday's 5-3 win over the Orioles. Torkelson went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run and two strikeouts. The 25-year-old turned on a fifth-inning Cade Povich fastball, getting it just over Colton Cowser's glove in straight-away center. The former top fantasy prospect is now providing the power fantasy managers had dreamed of, slashing .237/.341/.509 with 16 HR and 47 RBI in 273 plate appearances. He should continue to be a solid fantasy option while hitting in one of baseball's most surprisingly productive offenses.Source: MLB.com
Detroit Tigers first baseman Ian Happ Hits Two Homers, Plates Three Tuesday
Ian Happ had a solid game at the plate in Tuesday's 8-4 win over the Phillies. Happ went 2-for-3 with a solo home run, a two-run HR, three RBI, and two walks. The 30-year-old lined a third-inning Mick Abel hanging off-speed offering into the right-field seats for a solo shot and put the Cubs ahead in the sixth inning with a two-run moonshot off of Taijuan Walker. Happ has put up decent offensive numbers overall, slashing .255/.345/.397 with seven HR, 42 runs scored, 29 RBI, and three stolen bases in 275 plate appearances. His power decrease could be due to him not hitting the ball as hard this season. However, he should continue to provide fantasy value while hitting at the top of one of baseball's stronger lineups.Source: MLB.com
Chicago Cubs outfielder Austin Wells Homers, Plates Five Tuesday
Austin Wells had a great game at the plate in Tuesday's 10-2 win over the Royals. Wells went 2-for-5 with a double, a three-run home run, five RBI, and a strikeout. The 25-year-old skyed a fourth-inning Noah Cameron changeup just over the right-field fence to put the Yanks up 5-1. Wells has provided power and RBI from a fantasy perspective, slashing .227/.294/.476 with 11 HR, 41 RBI, and three stolen bases in 211 plate appearances. This profile makes him a solid option in points leagues, and while his batting average is a detriment in roto leagues, his exposure to a strong lineup should continue to help with his counting stats.Source: MLB.com
New York Yankees catcher Brendan Donovan Exits Early Tuesday With Left-Toe Discomfort
Brendan Donovan (toe) exited Tuesday's 10-9 loss to the Blue Jays in the ninth inning due to "left-toe discomfort." Donovan, who batted third and played left field, went 0-for-3 with a strikeout. He was also hit by a pitch. Donovan explained after the game that his toe had started bothering him during the game, and while he wanted to finish out the game, the team felt it was best to replace him defensively in the ninth inning. He did downplay the discomfort, but fantasy managers should keep an eye on the team's lineups in the coming days. The 28-year-old has had a solid overall season offensively, slashing .310/.379/.440 with four home runs, 26 RBI, and three stolen bases in 278 plate appearances.Source: St. Louis Post-Dispatch - X.com
St. Louis Cardinals utilityman Andrew Painter Coughs Up Six Runs on Tuesday
Andrew Painter allowed six runs on eight hits and no walks with four strikeouts across five innings in Tuesday's 8-1 loss against Triple-A Worcester. Painter took the loss and conceded a lot of hard contact in this outing, with a 92.8 average exit velocity. The whiffs weren't quite there either for the 22-year-old with only seven on 44 swings. Painter has stumbled a bit in June as he's allowed 10 runs in nine innings. He ranks as the number five overall prospect on MLB.com and will likely make his MLB debut at some point this season.Source: MiLB.com
Philadelphia Phillies pitching prospect
