New York Jets quarterback Justin Fields (head) exited during the second half of Sunday's Week 2 contest against the Buffalo Bills. He was taken to the locker room and is being evaluated for a concussion. At the time of his departure, he had completed just three of 11 pass attempts for 27 yards through the air, and he also added 49 rushing yards. Tyrod Taylor has entered the game and will lead the Jets' offense until Fields is cleared to return. If Fields officially enters concussion protocol, Taylor would likely be in line to start next week against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.--Andersen Pickard
