Giants have no Urgency to Bench Russell Wilson
Russell Wilson doesn't appear to be on the hot seat at the moment. After a lackluster season opener, Wilson's starting job was being called into question by the media. Despite that, the Giants are going to stay committed to Wilson as their starting quarterback. According to Adam Schefter, there is no urgency for the Giants to make a change at quarterback. As expected, the Giants want Jaxson Dart to sit behind Wilson and develop. The Giants don't want to rush an inexperienced quarterback onto the field. It sounds like for the moment, Wilson will remain the starter, but he could also play himself out of the starting job.
