Myles Gaskin Going On Injured Reserve
4 years agoMiami Dolphins running back Myles Gaskin (knee) is headed to Injured Reserve on Thursday, which means that he will miss at least the next three games, according to head coach Brian Flores. The good news is that Gaskin's injury is somewhat minor and he will not need surgery. The Dolphins have Matt Breida, Jordan Howard and Patrick Laird available to pick up the slack, and they just traded for DeAndre Washington as well. Although Breida has done very little for Miami in 2020, our best guess is that he'll have the first crack at lead duties, making him the best RB3/flex option in deeper leagues in Week 9 against the Cardinals. But until we know more about how the Dolphins will attack this situation, fantasy managers are playing a risky game with Miami's backfield.
