San Jose Sharks center Logan Couture (groin) spoke with reporters on Monday and said he has no plans to get back on the ice and is working out off of it. The club's captain has been dealing with a groin injury that worsened as he played and got even worse during the All-Star break. The 34-year-old has appeared in just one game this season, recording one assist and seven shots on goal in that time. He potted 27 goals and 67 points across 82 games last season, solid results considering the lack of offensive talent surrounding him. In addition to discussing his injury, Couture also said he does not want to be traded despite the speculation and wishes to remain a Shark for life.--Brenton Kemp
