The Detroit Lions are not expected to pick up the fifth-year option on linebacker Jarrad Davis, according to a source. Davis will now become a free agent after the 2020 season. He was the 21st overall pick in the first round by the Lions in the 2017 draft, but Davis just hasn't had the production typically associated with a first-round pick. The 24-year-old had 196 combined tackles in his first two seasons but dipped down to 63 tackles and just two sacks in only 11 games for Detroit in 2019. He's recorded only 10 sacks and 19 QB hits in total in his three seasons in the league.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
