Latavius Murray Faces A Tough Matchup Against Ravens
2 years agoDenver Broncos running back Latavius Murray is the team's unquestioned lead back with Melvin Gordon III out of town and Chase Edmonds (ankle) on Injured Reserve, but he'll face a tough matchup on Sunday on the road against the Baltimore Ravens. The Ravens defense has allowed the second-fewest rushing yards per game (82) and have given up only 17.8 half-point PPR points per game to the RB position this season. Murray has scored on the ground four times in seven games this year, but he's averaging only 4.0 yards per game in his six contests with the Broncos, the lowest-scoring offense in football. The veteran back has seen 30 carries the last two games and almost had a 100-yard game in Week 12, but he'll be a low-upside, touchdown-dependent RB3/flex on Sunday against Baltimore.
