Kenny Pickett Looks Sharp In Win Over Bengals
1 year agoPittsburgh Steelers quarterback Kenny Pickett completed 24 of his 33 pass attempts for 278 scoreless yards in a 16-10 victory over the Cincinnati Bengals. He added five rushing yards on five carries. In Pittsburgh's first game since firing offensive coordinator Matt Canada, Pickett posted a season-high in passing yardage as the Steelers totaled 421 yards of offense. The 25-year-old completed some impressive throws downfield and nearly connected with Diontae Johnson for a touchdown in the first quarter. While he can't yet be trusted for fantasy purposes, Pickett showing signs of life is great news for the fantasy value of his pass-catchers. He'll look to carry this momentum into a Week 13 home matchup against the Arizona Cardinals.
