Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen remains at the top of the quarterback hierarchy despite a matchup with an elite Kansas City Chiefs defense. Allen's scrambling ability raises his floor, making him matchup-proof. Last week, the reigning MVP ran for two touchdowns to balance out his limited pass attempts based on the team's blowout win.
