Joakim Soria Has Right Hip Discomfort
Joakim Soria will be held back in camp a bit as he deals with right hip discomfort. Unless the injury gets worse, Soria has plenty of time to get ready for Opening Day. The 34-year-old had a 3.12 ERA, 1.14 WHIP and 75 K's in 60 2/3 innings for the White Sox and Brewers last year. All 16 of his saves came in Chicago before he was traded, but he does have 220 career saves. In Oakland he'll strictly be a setup man to closer Blake Treinen and doesn't have much fantasy appeal.
